He shared so much insight in an engaging way, and I truly learned a lot throughout the tour. Daniel made the experience feel personal and enjoyable, and I left with a much deeper appreciation for Quito. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the city!

5.00Daniel was exceptional in every way! Friendly and knowledgeable, our day spent with him in Quito was a highlight of our trip. We walked Old Town and learned about the history of this beautiful capitol city, tasted chocolate, ate empanadas and sampled local treats. Would highly recommend Daniel and his delightful tour!

5.00My guide, Daniel (Dann) was not only very knowledgeable and courteous but he went out of his way to modify the tour to fit my needs. Dann spoke perfect English and Spanish. He knew the Old Town of Quito very well and seemed to know many people that we met along way. The tour took place on the national holiday celebrating the foundation of Quito so it was full of people - with music and dancing - but Dann sailed through with no problems and he finished the tour exactly on time. Dann was was not just knowledgeable about the historic sites and the geography - we talked about politics, religion, indigenous issues and current events. Dann was highly intelligent but he made me feel smart too. His presentation included dozens of questions for me so I felt engaged and by the time we were done I could tell that Dann was beginning to anticipate what I wanted to do.

5.00Very interesting and fun walking tour, learnt a lot about Quito as well as Ecuador generally. Although it is easy to walk around the old part of the city, having the guide provided so much more information. He also gave us various food samples to try which he arranged and there was no pressure to buy. Highly recommended.

5.00Absolutely 10 out of 10 experiential walking tour with the very warm, funny and knowledgeable Daniel! Tried great local foods along the way and the chocolate tasting was a highlight. Daniel taught us lots of local phrases and learned some foreign phrases in return. He also recommended places for us to visit and signposted great restaurants. Thank you, Daniel! Best tour guide!

5.00My daughter and I had a great time touring the historical district and sampling some local fare with Daniel! He pointed out things we never would have noticed on our own. He gave us some great tips about the city and was very concerned for our safety and welfare.
