  We used JHT for our trip to Jordan, we were 3 ladies on this trip for 5 nights and 6 days. JHT was easy to communicate with, very responsive and the hotel choices were great. From city, desert and finally the Dead Sea it was a great organized tour. Our driver Mohammed truly made our trip to Jordan more beautiful and special. He always took care of us, stopped whenever we wanted a picture. Showed us local ways of life and sent us to great restaurants. He went above and beyond for us. The sites we visited were great. Nice clean AC vehicles used. Jordan is a secret treasure that I highly recommend be visited and use JHT and ask for Mohammed when you visit.

  We booked a customer 6 day tour through Jordan Horizons Tour for me and my parents, and it was absolutely perfect. We arrived very early in the morning (3:30 am) and the representative was waiting for us, took care of the visas, and dropped us off at the hotel. The next morning we were met by the amazing driver, Hani. My parents have some mobility issues, and he ensured that they were accommodated on all of our tours, and that the site guides were aware. After a free day in Amman to relax, we went to Jerash for a tour, and visited the Citadel and Amphitheater in Amman. The following day we drove to Wadi Rum, and had an amazing 4x4 ride. This was followed by a visit to Petra the following day, where an incredible guide was arranged. Hani then drove us to the Dead Sea where we had a relaxing day at the resort. Aida picked out the hotels for us, and they were perfect (Intercontinental Amman, Old Village Hotel in Petra, and the Holiday Inn Dead Sea). If you want to try some amazing food in Amman, ask for the Intercontinental, as there are so many amazing options around the second circle.   An absolutely outstanding private trip with Aladdin over 6 days and 5 nights. This was our second trip to Jordan and our first with children. We revisited some placed we had been to before, and others than were entirely new to us. The organisation was excellent, the sights were amazing, the food was wonderful but most importantly our guide and driver Aladdin was fun, friendly and a treasure of knowledge and experience.   We changed our mind and instead of renting a car and driving ourselves, we chose JHD to organize a private tour for us. Aida from JHD Sales prepared a very nice itinerary: Amman – Mount Nebo – Dead Sea – Petra – Wadi Rum, and at our request, she also added a relaxing day in Aqaba by the Red Sea. Thanks to careful planning and especially to our personal driver and tour guide in one person, Hisham, everything went smoothly and without any problems. People in Jordan are friendly, often offering a cup of tea or coffee and open to pleasant conversations.   Jordan Horizons Tours did exactly what they said they would do in a professional, friendly and efficient manner. The personally tailored plan was well designed and worked perfectly. All the staff were easy to communicate and deal with. The standard of hotels and vehicle were excellent. Our driver, Aladdin, deserves a special mention. He was friendly and knowledgeable and his standard of driving was first class. Sammy, the guide at Petra was outstanding with his knowledge of history and local detail.

  It was a great experience of a beautiful, peaceful and safe country. Ms Basmah helped us plan the tour and was constantly in touch throughout. Mr Hisham took us around for 5 days and was very kind and helping us to take photos, suggesting sights and places to eat. Also offered us flexibility in our itirenerary as per our preferences.   Hisham and Basma took really good care of us.   Ms. Aida provided exceptional and personalized service, ensuring every detail of our vacation was taken care of from booking to departure. While our Journey was smooth and amazing by the personalized service of our driver Mr. Alaadiin made us enjoy every moment of comfort without any worries during the journey. He was fluent in English and knowledgeable about the historical places we visited. He also helped us a lot and his safe service really makes us comfortable and he takes care of our family to make sure we are safe through out the journey. In Petra - Mr. Samy our tour guide is very fluent in English & guided us professionally while in Petra. Wadi Rum: Our stay was really great at Harir Luxury Camp by En Anas. I highly recommend everyone for their excellent service. And will come again using Jordan Horizon Tours explore service with Miss Aida and Mr Alaadin to explore more historical places in Jordan!!!   Honestly I didn’t know what to expect from Jordan, but it was 1000% better than I could have ever imagined. My family and I are not used to tours and we usually explore countries on our own, but this time we decided to do it though Jordan Horizon tours and it was the best decision we made. Ibrahim Smadi was our own personal driver and he made sure we were always comfortable while giving us very interesting facts during sight seeing. He is great at managing how much time you need at each place - yet you never feel rushed or like you didn’t see everything you wanted to see. Ibrahim knows the perfect places for each sunset, and on top of that he is a great photographer! He took some amazing pictures of us (super instagramable) if you are into that, definitely picture frame worthy. Ibrahim, although not a tour guide, was very knowledgeable of his beautiful country, and for the places that tour guides were included, Ibrahim made sure to choose the best guides for us (specially in Petra where our guide name was Sami). Overall it was an amazing experience and we feel so fortunate for the great time we had.
