4.00Annie, the guide was friendly, knowledgeable and committed. It was a nice, brief tour of the old town of Lausanne and an interesting experience about city's history . There was a meeting point issue due to agency miscommunication. I am likely to use and recommend this agency in the future.

5.00My son and myself had the privilege to have the greatest guide ever Cristian who was absolutely fabulous. He not only talked but listened which is rare in guides . Cristian wanted to know what we wanted out of the tour and immediately grasped our interest . It was wonderful to listen to someone who passionately loves Lausanne . Frankly we had a lovely time and Cristian also gave us a complete tour of the university of Lausanne as my son is thinking of applying there . It was an amazing afternoon
