The driver could not speak English. Did not have a map. Did not know where key places were. Had to return to Naha visitor center to get a map. Could not enter Camp Foster because the driver was Chinese.

The driver spoked very little English but we were able to communicate. He was very pleasant and we all had a nice experience.

Excellent service. Always very happy with viator. Used them twice now in 4 years. They are on time and knowledgeable about the area. The drivers we had knew enough basic English and one of them was Indonesian and knew English very well.
