  Had a phenomenal time with Rachid. Extremely knowledgeable about the city. Also, very helpful in negotiating with salesman for us. He saved us more money than we spent for the entirety of the tour. We made sure to tip well. Highly recommend!!!

  We had an amazing experience exploring Fez with our guide Rachid. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and made us feel safe and welcomed at all times. We discovered hidden corners, fascinating history, and authentic local spots we would have never found on our own. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the city!

  Rachid was awesome! I’m glad I decided to go with the Fes walking tour instead of trying to navigate it all myself, especially the leather tanneries. It was nice to be “invisible” to shopkeepers for a few hours. He was funny, kind, knowledgeable, and helped us get to the best views of the tannery vats, even got us on the ground floor and inside the workshops where they make the finished leather goods. Finally, he helped teach us how to spot the quality goods and helped negotiate a good price for our leather poufs. Shukran Rachid!

  Today we experienced one of the most memorable days of our entire trip, thanks to our amazing guide Rachid. We spent almost seven hours exploring Fes together, yet the time passed so quickly that it felt more like an afternoon with a trusted friend than a tour. Rachid is everything you could hope for in a guide. His English is excellent, he is fun, friendly and incredibly intuitive. From the very beginning he made us feel comfortable and welcome, creating a natural connection that made every moment enjoyable. He showed us both the vibrant heart of the Medina and quieter hidden corners of the city, sharing stories, culture and local secrets that we would never have discovered on our own. The day flowed perfectly with a balance of meaningful visits, small breaks, and moments of pure enjoyment. We especially appreciated how he helped us with our shopping, guiding us to high-quality products and saving us time and money. His advice was always honest and spot-on, and thanks to him we felt completely relaxed throughout the day. But the true highlight was the human experience. Rachid has a rare warmth and a genuine kindness that turn a simple tour into something unforgettable. By the end of the day it felt like we were saying goodbye to a friend. This day in Fes will stay with us for a long time, and Rachid will remain one of the best memories of our journey.

  From the moment we met Rachid in the old Medina of Fes, we knew we were in good hands. What started as a guided tour quickly turned into one of the most memorable experiences of our trip to Morocco. Rachid isn’t just a guide. he’s a storyteller, a historian, and a true friend. We were a family of five, including three children, and Rachid made every one of us feel welcome and cared for. He adjusted the pace perfectly, kept the kids engaged with fun stories and little surprises, and made sure we all experienced the hidden gems of the Medina that we would never have found on our own. His knowledge of the history, culture, and daily life of Fes is incredible, and he shared it with warmth, humor, and passion.   Excellent experience with a private walking tour (five people). The tour Guide (Rashid) took you to places where you cannot reach by yourself due to the narrow and confusing allies. The tour promise was 4 hours while the guide spent at least 7 hours. It's door to door transportation. The tour guide stops with patient while we were doing shopping. We ordered custom maid leather jacket and they tailored it in three hours and delivered it to our hotel.

  We had an amazing tour of the Medina with Rachid! He has excellent local knowledge and a deep understanding of the history of the area. Rachid’s friendly and welcoming nature made the experience even more enjoyable. He’s a trusted guide who helps you truly get to know Fes — its beautiful culture, traditions, and artisan handiwork.   From picking me up at the train station also helping me With my suitcase up the steps of the Medina the afternoon was amazing. The history lesson of the old medina was a learning experience . Also he helped me book another tour the next day and that was very helpful. Appreciate all your help making my day in fes a wonderful experience. You are amazing !!!

  Rachid was an excellent guide for my private full day tour of Fes. We visited some sites by car including the old Jewish quarter (Mellah) and outside of the Royal Palace. Then an extended walking tour in the Medina seeing ornate Madrassas and a peak inside the Kaireouine Mosque just before prayers. Also visited artisan collectives and studios (carpets, rugs and textiles). Rachid packed in a lot and was throughout the day always informative, friendly and accommodating.
