Stormy Pirates Captains are long-time residents of the Virgins Islands. Not only will they safely drive you around the islands, they will give you a little history and tell you some of the famous Pirate Stories that have made these islands famous for centuries.
The 26' Hydro Sport comfortably seats 6 guests and has plenty of dry storage for your belongings. With twin 250 hp, Yamaha engines she is fast and efficient.
The additional cost of fuel depends on where you go and how fast you want to get there.
This is a US Virgin Islands-only trip.

5.00Many thanks to Richard and Maggie- had a wonderful trip that they customized to fit our needs and requests. Beautiful day seeing dolphins up close on a SUP, turtles, and a beautiful afternoon sailing around St John and Lovango Cay. Thanks for the memories :)

5.00We had an incredible day with Stormy Pirates Private Charter, and our captain Maeve was absolutely the best. An Irish girl from Chicago — right up our alley! She was sweet, easygoing, and had a great sense of humor… even putting up with my husband after a couple drinks. What impressed me most was how she connected with everyone in our family. My daughter can be a little shy (and was pretty sunburned from the day before), but Maeve still managed to find something in common with her and make her feel comfortable. That meant a lot. We only had one place we knew we wanted to go — Pizza Pi for lunch — and Maeve immediately had the perfect plan: order first, like a reservation, then go enjoy the water while. The kids loved it. My son loves adventure and experiencing everything, so Maeve took us to some fantastic snorkeling spots with tons of fish and even sea turtles. My husband and I have been comparing every snorkel trip to one we took years ago in Barbados, and for the first time we finally found a rival. Maeve was knowledgeable about the island, adventurous, and just an all-around great captain. Aging myself a bit here, but… what a cool kid. We had an amazing time and would absolutely recommend this charter to anyone visiting.

5.00This charter was the Highlight of our family vacation!!!! I can not say enough about this company. Booking was easy, communication was excellent and the price was right! We had a custom tour of the islands along with the best snorkeling - sea turtles, starfish, stingray, and all kinds of tropical fish. Our Captain Maeve was FUN, EXPERIENCED, and INCREDIBLY KNOWLEDGEABLE. It was fun to hear the history behind the beaches and islands. If you are questioning what company to book a tour with - book now. You will not be disappointed.

He offered options and solutions considering the weather conditions and our interests to make the best trip possible!!! We will be back to charter with Tyler again.

5.00I was with 10 other friends and my girlfriend and her mother on the “sail pending two” with Captain Brandon first mate Maeve. I found the captain Brandon to be incredibly skilled and knowledgeable, also very willing to be flexible to meet the needs of the passengers of the ship. (for example, to allow some more of our elderly and disabled friends to enter and exit the boat happily borrowed a very sturdy ramp from a nearby sailboat onthe dock, would highly encourage you to buy these for all of your ships! Made us very comfortable and happy and not stressed boarding and your boat.) First meet, Maeve was the utmost professional, meeting our needs at every return, checking in, incredibly friendly and social, made terrific drinks and serve served foods appropriately, very knowledgeable about the islands and happy to share stories of the US Virgin Islands with us as we sailed Also shared with the first meet, Maeve that I was proposing to my girlfriend, and she happily volunteered to capture the moment on my phone and was very sweet and emotional, as was the rest of our friends and family! Very special day and appreciate all that your crew did to make us comfortable and happy

5.00We thoroughly loved our day at sea… Captain Dave & first mate Kevin did an amazing job navigating us all around the islands, providing just the right amount of information, drinks and quiet snorkel time at the greatest spots! Would definately do this again and encourage all to spend the entire day with Stormy Pirates!

5.00Capt David and 1st Mate Kevin made our day cruise/sail on their catamaran. We snorkelled in multiple coves, swam with turtles, saw many islands, stopped at a wonderful resort for a fabulous lunch. Kevin could not wait on us enough, with water, drinks and snacks. He was extremely courteous and safety conscious. Capt David was an excellent skipper and often asked us if we had preferences for our route. We were never hurried or rushed with any activity. Capt David modified our route all day to avoid the rain. We were all restful for a very pleasant mix of weather. We constantly barraged 1st Mate Kevin with question about the islands we saw and his knowledge of the USVI is vast. My wife rated the day an 11 in a scale of 10. We really hope we can sail with this same crew next year. What a fun day for our family of 7.

5.00Boat charter with Stormy Pirates to USVI and BVI was phenomenal. We were in the good hands of Captain Carly who expertly managed choppy seas and challenging docking without flinching and always with a smile. Our every need was accommodated and flexibility regarding changing plans was greatly appreciated. We have been traveling for 30 years and this operator, the trip, and especially this down to earth, knowledgeable, and highly skilled Captain ranks at the very top. Georgia and Lisa February 2026
