5.00This was a wonderful morning. We met our chef, Marco, who took us through the market to all of his favorite spots. We then went to the beautiful kitchen where we made ravioli, salad, artichoke and tiriamasu. The food was wonderful and Marco was the best. 5 stars and highly recommend!!!

5.00Our host and chef, David, was incredible. Meeting at the market, we chose our recipes based on the ingredients available. We were very fortunate to be the only 2 members registered for the class. The step by step, hands on experience of cooking sets this class above most. David’s knowledge of ingredients, how they should be used, and combined with his passion and love of food makes him and excellent instructor. It’s was one of the best meals we had in Rome and we played a starring roll in making the dishes. 4 hours goes by in a heartbeat. I would not hesitate recommending this class to anyone that has a love of Italian food. Bravo Enjoy Cooking!

5.00So amazing! A must-do for a true Italian cultural experience. David inspired meals in the market based on the fresh produce available. Spinach-ricotta ravioli, tomato spaghetti and lemon sorbet. Loved this!

5.00What a wonderful Roman experience, meeting Chef Ian at the market, buying local produce from the 93 year old Nonna and the great surrounding market shops. And then cooking what best comes to Chef Ian’s mind - fettuccine with artichoke and guanciale, traditional chicken cacciatore (no tomato!) and tiramisu. Thank you - great cooking, great company, great food!

5.00Best experience in Roma thanks to Ian and Donna! We also had an amazing couple from Australia/Amsterdam in our party that made everything fun! Experience a local Roman market experience, pick your preferred menu, and learn to cook foods you could easily make at home. I cannot recommend this tour enough.

5.00Beautiful and authentic experience! We started with a tour of the Campo de’ Fiori market, where we sourced fresh, high-quality ingredients from the best stalls. Then we moved to a beautiful location overlooking Piazza Mattei, right in front of the wonderful Turtle Fountain. With chef Jacopo we cooked, drank great wine and finally enjoyed everything we had prepared. A simple, fun and truly unforgettable experience. Highly recommended

5.00If I could give this experience 100 out of 5 stars, I would! Alessandro was the perfect guide & chef >> passionate, welcoming, knowledgeable, funny and warm. He made everyone feel right at home from the start. What really set this apart was beginning the day at the local market: grabbing breakfast at the bakery, getting our cut of meat from the butcher, hand-picking vegetables & selecting cheeses. It felt like I was truly living a day in the life of a Roman chef/local. Then there was the kitchen which absolutely is stunning! We cooked a feast: fresh pasta, veal cotoletta, salad and tiramisu with plenty of prosciutto, cheeses, cookies and pizza throughout grabbed from the market. This easily ranks at the top of my all-time favorite life experiences. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for something authentic, soulful and unforgettable!
This will be the highlight of your trip!

5.00Max, our chef, exceeded all our expectations! His knowledge of the local area and Italian cuisine added such a personal touch to our shopping and cooking experience. The kitchen for our cooking class was spectacular and just a short walk from Piazza Campo d'e Fiori. The menu was the best meal we've had in Rome.
