1.00Terrible experience! They changed the meeting point without even informing us an hour before the start time. Which we were on route. We were waiting on the meeting point located when booking the tour for 30 min only to realize no one was coming and opening the contact on the Viator the meeting point was changed?? Like how do they change the meeting point right before the start of the tour?! And send the changed meeting point on the in app chat which we don’t usually check. We called and They said the company running the tour was the Tour Guy and it wasn’t. It was panda tour which both couldn’t help us. I even saw the lady running the tour in front of the entrance and asked her to let us in even without the ear pieces but she said no. We ended up not seeing what we paid for it and now we leaving Barcelona without seeing a major turist point because of Viator and the guides
