5.00The most easiest and streamlined service. Met us prior to lining up for customs. We were taken into a line which was empty and we were processed immediately. a lengthy wait for the bags then assisted to the front where we had a ride awaiting. Beat money spent.

5.00I had read in many places that it takes a long time to go through immigration at the Hanoi airport, so I purchased this service. We were met and ushered to a special immigration line. It turns out that 11:30PM is a slow time at the airport and our line was no faster than the regular line. The guy was great and stayed with us until our tour company picked us up. I would highly recommend it if you are landing at a busy time.

4.00We had a good experience with this service, after we found him ! I was expecting to be met at the gate by the plane on arrival as implied by the description. However, you disembark as normal and proceed to the immigration area everyone has to pass by and we were met there . The actual service was great , very helpful, quick and certainly saved us time both by bypassing the queues ahead of passport control and also for finding our taxi into town . Without a guide who knows the geography of the airport you could easily waist a lot of time searching for where to go .
