5.00My mom and traveled to Vietnam for an 18 day trip. The last time we visited Vietnam was 30 years ago. This was the best $33 spent for each person. As soon as you get off your plane, you are greeted by your guide holding a sign with your name (card showed everyone in your party). There’s 2 areas to the immigration area: 1) this fastrack lane and 2) everyone else. You are walked directly to the fast track lane by your guide. There is a gatekeeper verifying all the fast track people. Your guide asks you to get out all documents needed for immigration clearance. He/she then leaves you in line and goes to the other side of immigration to wait for us to get cleared by immigration. As I’m standing in line, I can see my guide just on the other side of immigration. My mom and I wait a total of 20 minutes and we are cleared through immigration. The non fast track lanes are a complete zoo. Multiple lines, lots of people, no guides helping/guiding you to make sure you are in the right line or guiding you on what document you need to have prepared. Since we didn’t not have luggage to retrieve from baggage claim, he guided us to our hotel car service for transfer to the hotel. From the time we landed, we got into our car service 35 mins later. I would buy this every time I come back to this beautiful country! Save yourself unnecessary stress and purchase this for all travelers in your group.

5.00Seamless, excellent service and highly recommend to those that may feel overwhelmed in a foreign country. For us, travelling with an infant and arriving after a 17 hour day of multiple flights our guide (Hai Son I think- sorry I may have misheard it) provided excellent service, was so helpful and we will likely book again for our outbound flight because of him and our experience. All the best for your studies!!

5.00After traveling around the world for 22 hours the last thing we wanted to do was wait for an hour or more on line. The VIP Fast Service was indeed fast and we were out the airport within 5 minutes.
