They were right there with signs with our names - quickly got us through customs and on our way in our car. Spent maybe 20 minutes total.

After traveling around the world for 22 hours the last thing we wanted to do was wait for an hour or more on line. The VIP Fast Service was indeed fast and we were out the airport within 5 minutes.

Very efficient. They were waiting at arrivals with a sign. They took us to get our luggage and waited until our transport came. Very helpful and kind. Would recommend. We waited 2-3 minutes in the customs line.

This was worth every penny! After booking we were contacted by WhatsApp for our flight details. When we got to the immigration hall a man was waiting for us with our names on a sign. He took us through to a private immigration queue with only a couple of people ahead of us. The regular queue was snaking around the entire arrivals hall and this definitely saved us at least a couple of hours. The man helped with our luggage and showed us how to make our domestic connection. The service was a godsend after a 13 hour overnight flight. Thanks!
