1.00canceled and never refunded several tours cancelled at the last minute with no other offer. Called customer service - no one cared no one offered to help. Will never use again.

5.00We had last minutes request changing the pickup time to an earlier timeframe and Viator was able to accommodate this for us. Much appreciated!!! Our drivers were early and vey professional as well. Overall it was a wonderful experience for us.

5.00Our transfer from Fatima to Lisbon could not have been easier. Our driver was there to pick us up on time, loaded our luggage and gave us a wealth of information on our way from Fatima to Lisbon.
