  Loved the trip. The skipper, Per, is a true seafaring Norwegian to the bone following his fisherman father. Along with the February weather and the ice on the deck, we went out to the fjord to fish. A couple of us caught cod. If you didn’t want to hang on the deck, the inside cabin was warm and cozy. His fish soap surpassed the restaurants. Very nice experience being out on the water looking out on tromso and snow covered mountains. -Gia

  Captain Kurt was very welcoming ,he cook delicious fish soup for us,boat is luxury and brand new,it was lovely trip with beautiful views . Maybe it could be just little bit more time to spent fishing

  Honestly on of the best things to do in tromso so much fun for all the family 10/10, all warm clothes provided and food and warm drinks.

  Amazing fishing experience! It was so much fun, and I even managed to catch five fish. The organizer is a very cheerful and interesting person, so the trip was never boring. Even in December, we were provided with very warm full-body suits, which kept us comfortable the entire time. After fishing, our catch was cooked into the most delicious fish soup. If I ever return to Tromsø, I would definitely do this again. Highly recommended!

  Per was a great skipper, will recommend to all..... he was thoughtful, guided us to some good fishing spots, we caught several Cod and Pollock, and to top it off, he cooked us up a great fish soup.

  We had a great day in Tromsø with Arctic cruise in Norway. The boat ride around the surrounding islands with a great guide and captain. We catched a lot of cod non stop and I highly recommend it. We were also offered freshly made fish soup.

  My husband and I booked this tour in September and woke up to a rainy day. It turns out that the other 2 people who had booked cancelled, so we had the tour to ourselves. It was fantastic! I have never caught a fish in my life, and I caught three!! When Captain Kurt said he pretty much guaranteed we’d both catch fish, I was skeptical, but we both did! And the rain and wind didn’t matter, we had an incredible time - and The Captain is a superb cook, as well. He took the fish we caught and turned it into a beautiful fish soup/stew. My husband ordinarily would not partake, as he doesn’t love fish, but even he said it was delish! I highly recommend this cruise - rain or shine!!

  If you haven't put it on your bucket list yet, now it's time for that. It has been a great experience to go fishing on Kurts yacht in Tromso. He is a very kind person with lots of experience. He teached us how to fish and within minutes we were lucky to catch good fishes such as Pollack and others. Directly afterwards Kurt made us the most delicious fish soup which we ate on the boat- fresh from the sea. It was warm inside and everything was there. We were welcomed with coffee and snacks, and there have been not only lifesaving jackets but also warm clothes to put on, so it didn't get cold at any time. The yacht is super luxury, and even has showers and toilets on board. We highly recommend this trip. And even we didn't book a private trip it was only us and Kurt.

  Wonderful cod fishing experience and trip safari in the fjords with the knowledjable skipper always very friendly and enthusiastic about what we were enjoying and watching; we had the opportunity to pleasure the taste of our cod catch for an enjoyable snack, this was really fantastic; the enviroment always very safe and a safety time given before going out.
