Thanks to Ricardo for giving us a glimpse of Rome.He was wonderful and even with the full packed tour we never felt rushed. I recommend that you choose him if you ever need a private tour from the cruise port.

We have been to Rome a few times so Fabio took our group to some places we had not been to before. We stopped at Aqueduct Park, to see an original section of the Appian Way, and to take a tour of the Catacombs. Fabio recommended lunch at Ristorante Sibilla in Tivoli and it was not only an amazing location - with ruins of an ancient temple on the patio and overlooking a small waterfall - but the food and service were exceptional too. After lunch we went to Villa D’Este which has beautiful frescoes and amazing fountains in the large garden area. It was a great day and made even better thanks to Fabio.
First class in every way, a wonderful luxury experience.

First class trip in every way. Matt, our driver/guide, tailored our trip to meet our every need and ensured we hit our timed ticketed Coliseum admission. He is fluent in English as well as Italian and has an amazing knowledge of names, dates, places etc., so incredibly informative. We were able to discover places we would never have found on our own. Matt's recommendation for lunch was 10/10. We would certainly use this company again after such a professional and courteous experience.

Excellent experience! Costinel was our driver from the cruise port outside of Rome, and he took us throughout Rome and Vatican City for an 8 hour day. He was super thoughtful, anticipated our needs, and was a real joy to hang out with for the day. The part we were most impressed with, was he anticipated traffic/an accident on the highway and took some super tricky back roads to get us around it and back to the ship with plenty of time. We were 4 adults— parents in their 60s and adult children in their 30s. This was a great way for us to see all of the highlights and not waste time in between worrying about transportation, heat, and walking too much. Thank you Costinel!!! :)

We had a wonderful tour of Rome with Fabio. He did a great job of taking us to all the must see sights in our first trip to Rome. It was a very crowded day and he expertly navigated the narrow streets. Fabio has extensive knowledge of the history and was able to answer all of our questions. We were able to stop at key places for pictures and also for gelato! The communication with the staff at Driver in Rome was excellent. We had a delay with the airlines and they responded promptly and were able to work with our changing schedule. We plan to be back in the next year or two and will definitely call Driver in Rome for help in planning the trip.

The tour took in all the great sights in Rome. The Coliseum, the Forum, the Spanish Steps, the Vatican and a number of churches. The driver was very knowledgeable and provided great commentary during the tour. First class experience, all down to the driver.

Had a fabulous Rome tour with Alex! He was passionate and knowledgeable with a great sense of humor. While one day in Rome is certainly not enough, as a cruise ship passenger with one day in the itinerary, Alex showed my wife and I a good time on a private tour of the city. Would highly recommend Alex. Easy pick up and return at cruise port. While not cheap, the private tour was so much better than what you could ever do through the ship.

Matteo was an awesome guide. He took us to the colleseum, the forum and pantheon. In addition he took us on a driving tour of the city narrating the sites and background history. Very nice and flexible accommodating our Preferences.
