4.00Overall we loved the experience. It was my 13 year old daughter’s favorite experience of Italy. Our host was half Italian/half asian and was a great host/ teacher. With that said you actually only make pizza or pasta depending on the experience. The gelato is made by picking random people and is shared among the group. For the price you can eat amazing Italian food else where so that was a disappointment. Also, it was learned later that eating pasta/pizza in Florence we like ordering sushi in a Mexican restaurant. Get Steak and other meats in Tuscany the food of the region. With that said I would recommend the tour.
