5.00Our instructor was super helpful and knowledgeable about all things gelato and pizza related. He took time to explain the different types of flour used for the pizza, what types of ingredients that go into different gelatos and so on. He also focused a lot of showing us how to get a feel for how recipes might slightly change based on where we are in the world or what ingredients we use so that we can succeed when attempting to make them again at home. He was also super great with kids making sure the one child that was in our class was included and helping her out occasionally so her parents could focus on the pizza they were making. Beyond that he also helped the adults by checking in periodically to make sure things were going ok. There was also a second worker who kept things extremely tidy in between each step. Would absolutely recommend for anyone who just wants to make their own pizza for just the single experience- or if someone wants to learn where to start off so they can make their own back home.

5.00I loved making (and eating!) the pizza with the two chefs. I could not be happier with the experience and the recipes and cannot wait to get home and try on my own. I have already ordered the scraper that i need to complete this recipe (i have the fork!). I look forward toi many yummy pizzas with fond memories of my time with the Town of Italy folks!

5.00Leice and Roberta were very knowledge and provided amazing explanations and techniques for both pasta and gelato making. This is the perfect kind of event for anyone looking to learn to make pasta and gelato with an awesome recipe book you can take home! I would highly recommend!

5.00This amazing experience was 3 hours. It was hands on, step by step pizza and gelato making. Federico was our master/instructor and he was awesome! Helpful, funny and personable. I didn’t know what to expect so it absolutely went above and beyond! I can’t recommend this enough!

5.00Such an educational, fun and yummy experience. We had a great time with our lead chef, and also met a lovely couple from the US. Finally learned how to create a traditional Italian Pizza Dough and how to make incredible gelato as well.
