4.00Our guide was excellent. She really knew the history of the Duomo and its architects. However, at the last hour the company slipped the schedule by 45 minutes which placed the rest of our schedule in jeopardy. If we had been that late we would have forfeited our fee. Same rule should apply to them.

5.00Florence was packed, and this skip-the-line ticket saved us so much time. The host was lovely and made sure we knew where to go. Inside, the Duomo’s beauty just left me speechless. The art, the history, the views, all perfection!

3.00The overall experience was just ok. Not as organized as other tours booked through Viator. The entry was scheduled at 9:30 am. However there was a mass until 10:15 am so we had to wait in a line in front of the cathedral for 45 minutes. The guide spoke for some of this time about the history of the Duomo and Batistery, but also spent time organizing some of the many people who arrived late to the lane. Given that we could not enter the Duomo until 10:15 am, It should have been scheduled at 10 am, with a 15 minute historic background. The group was very large.
Waited in the cold in a line for 20minutes ticket was not what we got.

1.00Entrance is free, don’t pay. No skip the line, everyone has to line up. No entrance to cript or Baptism church included. Complete scam and waste of money.

5.001 hour of history and scenery was perfect. The guide was knowledge and funny. Enjoyed this time to see the oldest church in Italy.

1.00Waiting time for entry into the Duomo is far too long with children. Audio system difficult to use on the smartphone. The child without a cell phone could only get our own feedback. Arriving in the Duomo the guide left with his group leaving us to visit the building alone In these circumstances, it was certainly not the most beautiful and interesting visit we made to Florence. Deception!

5.00We entered quickly with our reserved tickets, and everything was perfectly organized. The host explained the history in such a fun, easy way,not boring at all. Inside, the ceiling paintings looked like they were glowing. It’s one of those “wow” moments you’ll remember forever!

5.00The host met us right on time and took care of the entry. The cathedral is simply magical, so grand and beautifully designed. Standing under Brunelleschi’s Dome felt surreal. This ticket really made our day easy and special!
