5.00Julio was a great tour guide. Incredibly enthusiastic and funny. He made it a fun experience and provided a lot of relevant information about the history of the cathedral. The cathedral itself is beautiful and unique.

2.00The guide was amiable and informed. The tour was a few tours lumped together so she had to manage about 50 people some of whom had reserved a full hour before. This meant it was crowded and that they made us wait to start. The entry was general so there was no fast line and many people were just cutting in front of us. Inside the duomo - aside from the apse there is t that much to actually see. It is beautiful from the outside and then if you want to see the view from the dome (different ticket). Understanding the engineering of the dome is a must but you can read about that online.

5.00The 9:20 am start is gathering only. Duomo opens at 10:15. You have time for a coffee. In December the waiting line is in the shadows so it’s colder than the the forecast. Marta was a great guide. Charming, knowledgeable, and funny.

1.00The instructions are not clear when you buy the tickets, even though it says you have a time slot, you still need to wait in line. The guide who was with us was very bad. Didn’t provide good insightful information about the cathedral and didn’t have a good grasp of the audience.

5.00This was a very nice experience in Florence! Our host met us near the cathedral and made everything easy. We went inside without waiting, and it was wonderful. The colors, the lights, and the paintings inside were beautiful. I felt so calm and happy to be there.

5.00Ladies and gentlemen boys and girls creature things of all ages My golly this tour seems daunting maybe even like it’s a scam since you meet at a chocolate shop But it’s not It’s the most amusing interactive experience The tour guide is a fantastic sweet lady who was born here in Florence and is as excited about the history as you let her be. She will share a smoke and a story Ask you for more questions so you can extend her day and yours!

5.00We skipped the line and entered this incredible cathedral that’s even more beautiful than the pictures. The dome paintings looked alive, and the host shared amazing stories about how it was built. Florence truly has a special kind of magic.
