5.00Just wonderful! We were lost and late to meet the group, my partner was absolutely exhausted from working before flying 8 hours to Florence, but Anastasia came like an angel out of no where and found us outside the baptistry! She showed us things and told us history about the art we never would have known without the tour. This small group tour is well worth the money-there is no way an average person could know where to go let alone appreciate the history behind the art. I highly recommend this service because they went above and beyond to help us when we were late and lost. John texted me, sent directions twice and ensured that we made it even though Anastasia had to begin the tour without us. Such kind and wonderful people!!

5.00This tour was worth the price and then some. The museum has very few English placards, so the tour guide filled in all the blanks! The museum allows one to experience the true works from the external buildings!

2.00I’m writing this review while still standing in line for the dome climb. Unfortunately, this has been one of the most disappointing and overrated guided tours I’ve ever taken. Before you book, here are the facts: The guide met us outside and waited nearly 15 minutes for late arrivals. Although the tour was scheduled to begin at 8:15 AM, it didn’t start until 8:30 AM. We then spent about an hour outside the church as the guide spoke, and she only briefly accompanied us through the Baptistery and for a short 30-minute walk through the museum—both outside the main church. By 10:00 AM, she hurried us into the line for the dome climb, collected our radios, and left—saying the climb would begin at 10:30. I’m still waiting in that line as I write this. Meanwhile, my wife and daughter decided to skip the dome climb and enter the main cathedral instead, but even that wasn’t open yet. The guide’s explanations felt more like a dry history lecture, and she rushed through everything. When asked questions, she simply repeated what was already printed on the ticket, instead of offering thoughtful insights. The fact that she didn’t even take us into the main church was especially surprising and disappointing. Her entire approach felt rushed and impersonal. Overall, this tour felt like a waste of money. I do not recommend booking it.

5.00Anastasia was an incredible guide. She was very knowledgeable and a great story teller. She gave very clear instructions on how to use our tickets to the full extent (including after tour things). She was very kind and did good at keeping everyone together.
