Learn to make fresh pasta, like our grandmothers made them in Italy.
We will teach you every process and stand by you teaching you every step.
We will prepare 3 types of fresh pasta such as Ravioli, Tortellini and Tagliatelle, and at the same time we will also prepare sauces to match such as butter and sage, pomarola and old-fashioned Tuscan ragù.
You will not have to bring anything with you because all the equipment will be offered by us. In the end we will eat everything we have prepared.
During the experience we can drink good Tuscan wine or unlimited
Our cooking school is located inside a medieval tower from the 1200s, a stone's throw from Brunelleschi's Dome. Where you will breathe the air and life of Dante Alighieri, father of the Italian language because the tower where we will cook belonged to his wife's family.

Our COOKING SCHOOL is located inside a MEDIEVAL TOWER from the 1200s, a stone's throw from Brunelleschi's Dome. Where you will breathe the air and life of Dante Alighieri, father of the Italian language because the tower where we will cook belonged to his wife's family. Our team is made up of true chefs, with many years of experience in the best Italian cuisines. From FLOUR to RAGÙ, together we will make real Italian pasta from scratch as they did it in the times of the Medici family, the lords of the Renaissance. We will select the best seasonal vegetables and the best products that the Italian territory offers. WE WILL PREPARE 3 TYPES OF FRESH PASTA such as RAVIOLI, TORTELLI and PAPPARDELLE, and at the same time the Chef will also prepare sauces to match such as butter and sage, arrabbiata and old-fashioned Tuscan ragù. I always wanted to do this when we were planning our holiday to Italy. I attended by myself but did not feel left out at Lorenzo was fantastic, engaging and very funny. As I had very limited Italian, however Lorenzo’s English was fantastic. Anyone thinking of doing this I would highly recommend. I had the best time. Thanks again and can’t wait to get those recipes so when I get back to Australia I can have a go and making my own pasta… ❤️❤️❤️ (7 July 2025)

I had such a fantastic time cooking up a storm with Lorenzo (with the iconic mustache!) and Antonio. Lorenzo brought so much energy to the class, keeping everything on track with great humor and a fun attitude. The chemistry between him and Antonio made the experience even more enjoyable. We made three different types of pasta, and each one came with its own delicious sauce. It might not seem like much, but by the end of it, we were absolutely stuffed! The pasta and sauces were incredible, and I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone looking to add some fun (and flavour!) to their travels.

Fun and tons of wine both red and white. We made ravioli, tortolini, and papardelle. We ate so much and met new friends!
