Learn to make fresh pasta, like our grandmothers made them in Italy.
We will teach you every process and stand by you teaching you every step.
We will prepare 3 types of fresh pasta such as Ravioli, Tortellini and Tagliatelle, and at the same time we will also prepare sauces to match such as butter and sage, pomarola and old-fashioned Tuscan ragù.
You will not have to bring anything with you because all the equipment will be offered by us. In the end we will eat everything we have prepared.
During the experience we can drink good Tuscan wine or unlimited
Our cooking school is located inside a medieval tower from the 1200s, a stone's throw from Brunelleschi's Dome. Where you will breathe the air and life of Dante Alighieri, father of the Italian language because the tower where we will cook belonged to his wife's family.

We booked the “Dancing Pasta Class + Negroni”. In the description it stated we would be learning how to make the Negroni Cocktail and Fresh Pasta and also dance. We were really looking forward to making pasta and also Negronis with dancing. We originally were supposed to meet for this specific class at 6:45pm but the host changed the time last minute to 6pm and it ended up being just a regular pasta making class. We would not have booked this class if we knew it would just be pasta making. Also, the class size was way too large and felt almost as if they fit us in to this class last minute because perhaps the Negroni pasta making class didn’t haven’t enough people booked for it. Our chef for the night, Valentino, was great and he made our experience fun. However, we would not recommend this because it’s not what we booked in the first place. Very deceiving and would only recommend if you’re looking for a very large class to make pasta with.

This was a fantastic experience, great for those who don’t have a huge amount of experience making pasta (although would still be fun if you do). Valentino was an amazing host who made the whole experience fun and entertaining.

Very fun and great experience. Our chef Antonio was fabulous. He was informative and funny and the food was great. And of course the unlimited wine didn’t hurt!
