Learn to make fresh pasta, like our grandmothers made them in Italy.
We will teach you every process and stand by you teaching you every step.
We will prepare 3 types of fresh pasta such as Ravioli, Tortellini and Tagliatelle, and at the same time we will also prepare sauces to match such as butter and sage, pomarola and old-fashioned Tuscan ragù.
You will not have to bring anything with you because all the equipment will be offered by us. In the end we will eat everything we have prepared.
During the experience we can drink good Tuscan wine or unlimited
Our cooking school is located inside a medieval tower from the 1200s, a stone's throw from Brunelleschi's Dome. Where you will breathe the air and life of Dante Alighieri, father of the Italian language because the tower where we will cook belonged to his wife's family.

Our COOKING SCHOOL is located inside a MEDIEVAL TOWER from the 1200s, a stone's throw from Brunelleschi's Dome. Where you will breathe the air and life of Dante Alighieri, father of the Italian language because the tower where we will cook belonged to his wife's family. Our team is made up of true chefs, with many years of experience in the best Italian cuisines. From FLOUR to RAGÙ, together we will make real Italian pasta from scratch as they did it in the times of the Medici family, the lords of the Renaissance. We will select the best seasonal vegetables and the best products that the Italian territory offers. WE WILL PREPARE 3 TYPES OF FRESH PASTA such as RAVIOLI, TORTELLI and PAPPARDELLE, and at the same time the Chef will also prepare sauces to match such as butter and sage, arrabbiata and old-fashioned Tuscan ragù. Such a fun way to learn new recipes and meet new people! Chef Victoria was fantastic! We made dough and three different types of pasta and Chef Victoria did all the cooking. Truly a great night !

Loved the cooking class, food was great and the instructor was fun. Only thing is you make your own pasta, but then it gets mixed in with everyone else’s, so you will most likely not eat what you made lol.

We had the BEST time at this pasta-making class! Our teacher, David, was fantastic—patient, funny, and incredibly knowledgeable. The small group atmosphere made it easy to connect, and we were lucky to share a prep table with such wonderful people. Over the course of the class we learned how to make tortellini, ravioli, and pappardelle from scratch. The hands-on experience was fun and surprisingly approachable, and the end result was absolutely delicious (nothing like eating the pasta you’ve just made yourself!). My wife and I had an absolute blast—it was a highlight of our trip to Florence and an experience we’ll remember forever. Highly recommend this class to anyone looking for something authentic, interactive, and delicious!
