  Olga was an amazing tour guide. She was very knowledgeable about the history of places, and explained everything in so much detail. She helped to take great pictures of us while taking care of our belongings, helped us to find public washrooms along the way, and also was flexible with the tour start time when we were running late. Thank you, Olga!

  We booked a private tour with Olga and it was hands down one of the best decisions we made for our trip to Florence. Olga is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the city's history, art, and culture. She didn't just recite facts; she brought the stories of Florence to life. Beyond the history of the sites, she was more than happy to answer all our random questions about Florence and gave us great context about the city that you wouldn't get from a guidebook. Highly recommend booking with her if you want a deep dive into Florence!

  Olga was an amazing guide. She was extremely knowledgeable about the city and you could tell from the information she shared that she truly loves what she does. She took time to explain each site while providing additional interesting facts and small details that we would have missed on our home. I plan on recommending her to friends that visit city.

  If you are looking for a Self Guided Tour that allows you the freedom to do what you want when you want it then this is it. If you are looking for lots of details that are spoon fed to you every step of the way then this is NOT for you! Moreover, the initial host were very detailed in their explanation and were always available during the self guided tour to point us in the right direction. You absolutely do not have to wait in lines though you will need to anticipate loads of people next to you. On a final note - we looked at oura ring after completing the three tours of the Coliseum, Forum and the hill and it was over 14000 steps. My ankles hurt and my feet were exhausted but all worth the experience. Dont miss the spectacular view of the entire city from the very top of the hill next to the gardens. Enjoy!

  Our guide Olga was excellent. We could not have asked for a better guide. She knew the history and really enjoyed her job. She was also very accommodating when we were late.

  Olga was terrific! Very knowledgeable, told us lots of stories and the history of the city. She had an iPad to show us some visuals which was helpful. She also contacted us right before the meeting and was very considerate of some of our needs to stop (sunscreen, water, etc). I would recommend her.
