  I wanted to love this so much. I tried to do it in Thailand but something happened. I give it 3 stars as the host allowed me to change my time due to a late plane. The experience itself was fun but the food was unedible. Three girls were behind the counter but only one did anything. The duel in the middle weirdly pawed at her long hair THE ENTIRE TIME!! She never quit grabbing it a stroking it the WHOLE TIME!! Huge health department problem and to make it worse she chewed gum the entire time and kept pulling it out of her mouth!!! No gloves, would play with her hair and then gum and hand you your plate or silverware. So unbelievable!!!! Also, my food was set in front of me but no silverware for 9 minutes- the lady next tome was timing it. Flank steak was get in color and so tough that I couldn’t cut it even with the knife she FINALLY gave me. Totally unedible, not just cause it was absolutely not warm at all. No justice for mashed potatoes. Just a lump of potatoes. The food part was stomach turning. The idea and event was fine and nice there was a roof as it rained so that was actually kind of cool. Didn’t get wet at all. The food situation was revolting though. Someone needs to train the staff on food safety for sure!!! I am not even a germ a phob, but I do work as a restaurateur and I just couldn’t believe the grossness of the girl in the middle!! Pull back your hair!! Do not play with it!!! Wash your damn hands!! Do not play with the gum in your mouth! Don’t have gum ever when serving! I saw no wash/sanitize their hands at all. Girl dishing food did so with her hands but she was wearing gloves at least. I left starving and had to go eat after. Such a waste of money!!!!!!

  Great experience and great food. The music was very loud and it was hard to hear anything but otherwise it is definitely a good time and meal. We did the 7:30 pm dinner and the view was amazing. The staff was very friendly

  Generally a great experience - the ONLY thing that could have made it better would have been if we could have chosen our seats or if seats came first come first serve upon check in. It seems they have to arrange their own seating chart which could wind you up in a seat that predominantly looks at one side of San Juan or another. That being said - everything was awesome. Our server Alanna was great - although the whole team worked together to make sure everybody was attended to. Food was great! Experience was even better. Highly recommend this unique experience!

  It was a pretty thrilling experience in a very unique way . They had the music blasting , the bartenders were fun & gave great recommendations. The food was great , nothing out of this world amazing, but really good . If you’re not a fan of heights I don’t recommend this . If you’re a thrill seeker looking to do something different I recommend this 1000% . I’m not afraid of heights at all but there was something about this that made me nervous at first . Once we started eating ( and the drinks then kicked in ) I was calm and had fun & enjoyed the gorgeous sunset while doing so. GO DO THIS!

  This is a great first time experience. The food, drinks and view were good. Parking horrible. The parking lot for this activity was closed and they didn’t know why so, we were directed to make a right at the light and to park on the white not near any yellow. Not true…they tag your car and give out tickets once you go up in the air. Not pleased at all about that!

  I came on this experience with 2 friends who are terribly afraid of heights. They loved it! It was my birthday and they made great drinks, amazing food and stopped to celebrate my birthday in both English and Spanish. The veiws were awesome and we all had the time of our lives... If you are considering it... do it!

  It was a nice experience, the staff were very friendly and polite but the food was nasty. & the location that was choose could’ve been some where different that gives you a better view of San Juan not worth $159 person maybe $50 person
