Explore the unique and authentic street food and traditional quisine of the Sacred Valley.

Food can tell many stories… cultural, social, economic, and sometimes also emotional and spiritual.

Our tour invites you to take an in-depth look at the relationship between food and the people, through an experiential encounter with the typical street food and traditional quisine of the Sacred Valley of Peru.

The tour begins with a morning of tasting in the charming market area of the town of Urubamba. We will then take a tour to the magical Inca town of Ollantaytambo. Then we drive up the breathtaking mountains of the Andes to visit an indigenous Peruvian family and enjoy a traditional festive lunch. In the evening we will return to Urubamba, to finish the day with a local dessert.

So come with me and dive into an exiting, authentic and delicious experience. Lets go get something to eat!

The tour begins with a morning of tasting in the charming market area and the main square of the town of Urubamba, the main town of the sacred valley.

The tour with list is amazing, you start with food but get connected to the Peruvian mentality and culture. You get insights about yourself and get to understand what’s good on one culture and what’s bed in the other so you can apply it to your life. 10/10 would recommend and would go again, if you’re in Cusco and the sacred valley it’s a must tour

The tour is amazing!!! One of the best things I did in Peru. Liat is a special and wonderful woman who runs the tour perfectly. A good way to get to know cultures and learn new things. Not just a food tour but an empowering experience in itself. Highly recommended!!!

I thoroughly enjoyed the tour, it was truly enriching for me in terms of culture and food. I tasted local food for the first time and was exposed to the amazing culture of Peru. The guide was amazing, caring, thoughtful and truly pampering! I recommend anyone coming to the Cusco or Pisac area to go on the tour!

The experience with Liat was absolutely amazing and interesting!! It was a successful day full of authentic and delicious food, guided excellently by Liat, who was an amazing guide. We had the privilege of meeting people from different cultures and got a glimpse into their world, both culinary and cultural. Once again I will say Liat was fascinating, funny, and brought up interesting topics and points for thought. Highly recommend!!!!!

The tour was fantastic! We enjoyed every minute of it, it was very diverse, more than we expected! The food was amazing, we met amazing people along the way and the experience was very authentic. Liat the guide is amazing, it shows that she loves what she does and is very warm and welcoming, and makes the tour a meaningful experience

We had an amazing food tour in the Sacred Valley near Cusco with Liat, an incredible Israeli guide. The experience was packed with delicious local dishes, and we learned so much about Peruvian culture and the Inca history along the way. Liat is warm, knowledgeable, and explains everything in a clear and engaging way. You can really feel her passion for the food and the culture, which makes the whole experience even more special.
