  10/10 experience! I had a wonderful private tour visiting three top locations, and the tour guide, Herbie, was a fantastic host. He had deep historical knowledge of every site we visited, was incredibly engaging and friendly throughout the entire tour, and even doubled as a great personal photographer. We also enjoyed a delicious lunch at a fantastic restaurant he personally recommended. I’m sure all of his tours are just as interactive and enjoyable as the one I experienced. A top-notch host! Our driver, Pang, was also excellent—always punctual, ready to pick us up without any delays, and very friendly. I chose this long private tour during my layover in Beijing, as I had a great experience with the same company earlier this year in January. Back then, I joined a group tour of the Great Wall, led by another amazing guide, Yuan. She was highly interactive with the entire group and had an impressive knowledge of the Great Wall’s history. I highly recommend this tour to anyone with a long layover in Beijing!

  In December, on the way for and from our vacation we cut a flight and took two trips : Beijing - Summer Palace, Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square and on the way back Beijing - The Great Wall of China and the Tombs of the Ming Dynasty Emperors In both cases we were accompanied by guide Herbie. Both trips were excellent, they met - exceeded our expectations - we saw a lot and had a lot of fun and learned a lot about the history of China. A lot of credit goes to our guide Herbie - a guide with perfect English, rich knowledgeable, cultured, empathetic to our needs. He opened the door to China's history wide open for us. It was obvious that he enjoys his work and produced a quality result on both days. We will be happy to recommend his service to our friends when traveling to China.

  Herbi was a super attentive and fun guide!! I would definitely recommend it as it was punctual, friendly and you could tell he had a lot of knowledge, he has perfect English!

  "The Great Wall, the Forbidden City, the Summer Palace and the Temple of Heaven were experiences that surpassed all my expectations. Walking on the Great Wall, exploring the palaces of the Forbidden City and the Temple of Heaven was magical. Herbie, the tour guide, was exceptional, sharing fascinating stories and answering all our questions, he picked us up and took us to the airport and even had the detail of lending us coats to cope with the cold. To finish, on the last day, we walked through the amazing Hutong neighborhood and he took us to enjoy delicious duck dishes and other recommendations at a local restaurant, which was the icing on the cake.   It was 10!! Herbie is lovely, super attentive to detail. He told us everything very well, it is a quality guided tour. Our flight was ahead of schedule and by the time we reached the rendezvous point we were already waiting in good coats for the intense cold of Pekin. The van we went in was clean and new. He took us to several places and when we asked him to go to others he had no problem, he was super flexible. He took us to eat somewhere very good and cheap and very authentic. I would do this and other tours with Herbie again.

  We made a very long layover in Beiging. And we took the opportunity to visit several things. Herbie guided us perfectly, always with a smile and very attentive and explaining everything throughout the day. He also had some coats ready for us, to withstand the cold winter of the city.   I did a private tour with Herbie to the Forbidden City, Temple of Heaven, and Summer Palace, and could not recommend it highly enough! They were very accommodating to delays getting out of the airport and even drove all the way back to my hotel when I realised I stupidly left my sunglasses in the backseat! Herbie was very friendly and knowledgeable about the historical background of the sites. Mrs Cheng, the driver, was so kind and came prepared with water, umbrellas just in case, and always made sure I was comfortable. I also really appreciated how thorough and fast-responding Daniel was with all my enquires and through the booking process. Overall, a great way to see some amazing sites in Beiiing on a short time frame, and the team really made my experience seamless and unforgettable.

  14 hour layover in PEK turned into a tour of Temple of Heaven, Tiananmen Square and Forbidden City. Incoming flight was delayed by two hours and tour company responded quickly with the schedule change...highly accommodating. Tour guide, Nina, met me at arrivals and had me on my way to the city. Nina was amazing with her knowledge of the history and city’s attractions. Started at the Temple of Heaven, then made our way to Tiananmen Square and walked to the Forbidden City. What an amazing place! Nina and her driver (Mr Lee) were nice enough to provide a coat for the walk, which was super warm and comfortable. Nina’s knowledge and engagement made the tour worth it, and I would highly recommend!
