  I would like to thank the ground crew and the kind pilot. Although we mistakenly arrived at the branch in Franz Josef instead of Fox Glacier, the company’s ground teams understood the situation and kindly allowed us to postpone the flight by half an hour, which gave us time to drive to the correct airfield and fly as planned. The experience was amazing — the children asked to go again and again. A professional and courteous pilot made it possible for us to enjoy a truly dreamlike family adventure.

  Wow, an awesome experience to be on a glacier. Majestic and beautiful sights in every direction. I had flown with this company before and yesterday was another awesome trip. Very organized from booking thru prep before the trip, they walk you down to the convenient landing pad and then a great flight. 5 stars for sure. A highlight of my experience in New Zealand.

  We were confirmed to go 24 hours prior to the tour 45 minutes before we arrived they called and said we were now unconfirmed due to another passenger moving to another flight we had already been driving for 2.5 hours with a early morning departure. Very unprofessional and very unreasonable service and not willing to take any concern of what we were put out because of the late notice. We also were charged once we were confirmed and now will have to wait for a refund which is another annoying situation we have been put in. A very poor way to run a business.

  5 Star all the way. James helped to arrange a short notice flight. Ben was our pilot and was great, safe and professional. We had a great experience. A must if you are in Fox Glacier. BTW. The sunshine was amazing.

  We had amazing experience with Glacier Helicopters! Firstly in the Fox Glacier office Bel explained us everything about the flights really properly and answered all our questions clearly. We’ve got an attractive discount as well. We’ve chosen Mt. Cook + Fox Glacier option. On the previous day we climbed Mt. Fox, where we had wonderful view for Glacier and Mt. Cook; we’ve worried a little bit, that views from the helicopter could be quite similar. We were totally wrong!!! We flew really high, pilot Clark showed and explained us about the peaks, glaciers, huts, vallyes arround. The flight was smooth and save – Clark is real professionalist. The weather was wonderful, during glacier-landing we were totally alone and the total flight time was longer than expected. It was the best experience in our life, worth every money. Team of Glacier Helicopters – thank you for such amazing adventure!!!
