On time for pick up and drop off round trip. It was basically private not shared. Reliable had late arrival and early am pick ups

Says shared transfer but ours was actually private! The driver (I think he said his name was Ricardo) was super helpful, spoke excellent English and gave us some great tourist info on the way to our accommodation
