Absolutely incredible!!! All the guides and our driver were very knowledgeable about the wildlife. The coffee plantation was extremely interesting. Our guide was friendly and took his time to explain everything. This was one of the best Viator tour experiences I’ve encountered. We saw 6 sloths, tree frogs, poisonous frogs, a yellow viper, rare birds etc …our guide was skilled at finding wildlife using her scope and helped us take pictures using the scope. I love chocolate so I can’t say more !!! Everything was excellent! Highly recommend this tour !!!

The coffee/chocolate tour seemed rushed but was interesting. The food for lunch was yummy The animal part was nice, not sure it was worth 2 hours in the car . Car was very uncomfortable. Too small for 4 passengers and driver .

Great tour. We were 3 sisters joined by another couple. Stopped at a waterfall where there was an option to swim. Next we traveled to a coffee and chocolate farm where we learned about the plants, the process and sampled the coffee and cacao. Our next stop was the nature preserve where we had lunch (very good) and toured the animal preserve. The walk around the preserve was very easy and our guide Stephanie was excellent at spotting animals. She had binoculars and a telescope on a tripod we could use as well. Saw 4 sloths, 2 babies, frogs, and birds.

Our driver was friendly and very knowledgeable. He would even stop along the way to show us animals in the trees by the side of the road. That's how we saw toucans! Our jungle tour guide was a young intelligent man who clearly loved showing off the animals we came across. We saw many sloths, including one coming down a tree to poop. We also saw frogs, snakes, owls, ants and monkeys in the wild. The coffee/chocolate tour was fun. And the food at the restaurant was tasty. The only recommendation we would make is to have the food first and then finish off with the coffee and chocolate as desert.

Great time! Alex was a wonderful guide and host. It's a lot of walking, but worth it. The waterfalls felt great to swim in, and the jungle walk was gorgeous. If you're doing this on a hot day, keep in mind you will be very sweaty. It's a long, hot, walking day! And a great way to see sloths, frogs, and all sorts of fun wildlife that if you're like us, won't see at home! Most of our group did the entire excursion in flip flops and shorts, but maybe we're crazy. (Just throwing it out there because we didn't know what we should wear, and overpacked long pants and hiking shoes.) We drove to waterfalls, it's a short, semi steep, narrow walk down to falls. You can swim, etc. We went down in bathing suits and sandals. Going back up is obviously more work, so we recommend going up wet to stay cool. We dried off at van, changed, and then were driven to jungle. First, lunch. Then, hike. Then coffee. It was a full day and length depends on traffic, weather, etc. So just plan for a full day, pack a towel, and enjoy!

Excellent experience with knowledgeable guides. Despite some rainy weather we sighted several sloths, an eyelash viper and lots of other wildlife!

The tour was a wonderful experience. Here is an honest review of our experience: The waterfall was an amazing sight. Standing in the water and looking up from almost under it was incredible. For safety, you are not allowed to get too close or walk behind the waterfall. Also, the path to get down to the waterfall we visited has a good amount of steep and uneven steps. The coffee and chocolate tour was about a 1.5 hr drive into the forest. The locals will take you on a short tour through a garden that has coffee and cacao trees. Following the tour you will have coffee and cacao roasted and fresh coffee and cacao for tasting. You may even get put to work and do the grinding!! This was a highlight of the tour, our local guide Richard was well educated about the chemistry, biology, and agriculture of coffee and cacao. Easily walkable but paths are unpaved. The last part of the tour was a forest walk. There were beautiful sights, trees, and sounds but overall this felt more of like a walk in a park than a true rain forest walk. We ate termites, saw frogs, birds, and a few lone sloths. Unfortunately there were no big snakes and the sloths were not active. Our guide for this part of the tour tried her best to nudge a couple sloths but it had just rained and they were trying to stay warm. These paths were unpaved and there are a few wood bridges you’ll have to cross with uneven steps. This part of the tour ended with a local meal of fajitas, rice, beans, plantains, pasta salad, and a lettuce and cabbage salad. The meal was a hearty and filling lunch. Overall we really enjoyed this tour. It’s incredible to think about the amount of coffee or chocolate you’ve enjoyed in your life and yet this may be the only chance you have at walking the land and seeing the trees they grow on.

My husband and I are so glad we did the tour! Seven sense tour company was wonderful. I wasn’t sure if they could pick us up from our hotel in Liberia, so I contacted them on WhatsApp. Their customer service staff was very helpful and wonderful. We did get picked up 15 mins earlier than scheduled and our tour guide was super friendly and helpful. The tour van was very new, clean and comfortable. We went to the waterfall, the sloth forest, and learned how coffee and chocolate were made. My favorite part was the sloth forest as we not only saw some sleeping sloths but also some frogs, a viper, a hummingbird nest, a blue heron, and a pet rabbit!! Many many thanks to our tour guide. Sorry I didn’t remember your name, but I really appreciate your excellent service!

Honestly this activity is worth it. The driver was great, guides were great. I saw a ton of animals (5 sloths, viper, dart frogs and more). Our guide was like and expert photographer too and got me the best photos of the wildlife. They were also very respectful. This is not an unethical tour where you're going to touch the wildlife. You observe in their natural habitat. After that, our driver took us to a less touristy swim spot with the bluest water I've ever seen in my life. Our family members did a similar but different tour and there's was 3 hours longer and they seemed to see way less and have less fun. It is a full day experience, but I highly recommend.
