5.00David is such a nice guy. Very personable and knows a lot about New Zealand and about Auckland with a touch of his personal stories which is very entertaining. I also forgot my phone in the van so I contacted the operator who then contacted David and just after a few minutes, he arrived at the hotel. The entire tour was a great experience. We went to extra places that were not part of the tour but were already on the way. What a great way to end the day at the Polynesian Spa. This is a 10 out of 10 stars.

5.00had a wonderful time on this tour booked with Expedigo! Before reaching the main stops, we made a quick photo stop at the mud pools — all thanks to our amazing guide, David. He was fantastic throughout the day, sharing plenty of fascinating information about Auckland, Māori culture, and local traditions. I truly appreciated all the insights he provided. The setup for the Lady Knox Geyser was absolutely magnificent, and we arrived just in time to get a perfect viewing spot as it erupted into the sky! Our visit to the Wai-O-Tapu Geothermal Wonderland was perfectly paced, giving us enough time to explore the main highlights without feeling rushed. We wrapped up the day at the Polynesian Spa — the perfect way to relax after a full day of sightseeing! I appreciated the quick check-in and the complete package, which included access to four alkaline pools and one acidic pool, along with all the essentials (towels, toiletries, hairdryer, etc.). Before leaving, I followed David’s recommendation and treated myself to a delicious ice cream from the café at the spa’s entrance — such a lovely way to end the day! Thank you, David, for making this experience so memorable. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting!

5.00We were lucky enough to get Matt as our tour guide. From the moment he picked us up we knew it was going to be a great day. His knowledge of New Zealand was fantastic. He kept us on time and informed of where to be, times and even best places to eat. The tour company were also great at keeping us informed of times even on the morning of the tour. The tour itself was awesome and would recommend, especially the spa.

5.00I had an incredible experience on today’s tour! From start to finish, the team went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. They were not only professional and knowledgeable, but also genuinely caring. What really stood out was the extra effort they made to look after my safety — ensuring I arrived and got home safely gave me complete peace of mind. It's rare to see this level of thoughtfulness and attention to detail. Dean was a great tour guide today too. Highly recommend — I’ll definitely be booking with them again!
