1.00Booked and paid for the trip that was advertised, they started the night before 9pm at night trying to majorly alter the trip we had paid for to suit other quests in Vienna. Told them we were not happy with this and just wanted trip that we had paid for. Last correspondence was after 10 the evening before saying they would pick us up at 7.30 now instead of 8. Nobody came to collect us and had no correspondence since. Dreadful company! Avoid at all costs!
Wonderful, I'll do it again, more departures to different destinations

5.00This was a wonderful tour! We had so much fun. Rasto, our tour guy was so friendly and super fun to talk to. He did a lot of driving for us. The Budapest experience was great, we were able to to have some time to look around on our own and have lunch in a local restaurant.since is a whole day tour and there is a lot of driving you might not get a chance to see everything, but that you still get to enjoy all the most important areas. They also took us to Bastislavia to check the Christmas markets and enjoy the local food. I cannot say enough nice things about our guide Rasto, he went above and beyond to make our experience great! He also took photos for us and took the time to send them to our email. Highly recommended this tour!

2.00The tour company cancelled our original booking about 30 minutes after our schedule pickup time. This left us with an entire day wasted in Europe. We had to cancel another tour(lost money in he process) to make this new one work as it would be our last day in Europe. They did offer to rebook us for the following day, which we accepted since we really wanted to see Budapest, but they lumped us in with a different tour which included a tour of Bratislava too. We had already toured Bratislava so it was just a waste of more of our time and money. Our guide was very nice, the city was nice, but it was Revolution Memorial Day, so a lot of things were blocked/closed.

5.00I thoroughly enjoyed this day trip. Our guide Simeon was wonderful, he picked me up early in the morning and had a cup of coffee waiting for me as well as a chocolate- that is service! Simeon very knowledgeable of the history which I enjoyed. The day trip was fun and informative, and the weather was fantastic. Simeon was very accomodating to us. The people of the bus were lovely and that made the day trip fun. I highly recommend this day trip.

5.00We had an amazing day visiting Budapestvgorcthe day from Bratislava. Although Budapest deserves many days, this short trip introduced us to the history and culture of Buda and Pest. If we don’t get a chance to return to Budapest, we are content with this experience. If we are lucky enough to return, we are well positioned to hit the ground running. Great driver/guide available for discussions on the way as well as an insightful walking tour.
