Get the best chance to encounter moose and other wildlife in their natural habitats. Enjoy a light campfire dinner in a pristine forest, as we guide you through the most promising areas for sightings.
Our tour begins with a short drive deep into Finnish nature. Upon arrival, we’ll start with a traditional Finnish campfire experience surrounded by nature’s calm. Enjoy homemade mixed berry juice and authentic Finnish campfire snacks as your knowledgeable guide shares fascinating stories and facts about the animals that call this region home.
Afterward - when wildlife is at its most active, we’ll drive through the area’s hidden hotspots, stopping frequently to increase our chances of spotting moose up close. With high-quality binoculars provided, you won’t miss a moment of the action.
Please note that while sightings are likely and the area is rich in wildlife, encounters with moose can never be guaranteed, as they roam freely in their natural environment.

5.00A wonderful way to get out of Helsinki and see the forest and animals. Even if I had rented a car I wouldn’t have known where to go: this was a great way to have a fun campfire dinner in a beautiful, peaceful setting. We saw lots of deer, a few moose, and even got lucky and found a lynx!

5.00A wonderful trip solo! Moose finally came out and it was so beautifully to see especially in the transition towards summer to fall time in Finland ! Friendly tour guide and fellow passengers- was very chilly but tour guide and passengers gave me additional coats to remain warm !

5.00During our stay in Helsinki we were most looking forward to the booked Wildlife Safari. And we were not disappointed! The previous information and the whole organization was great. Our guide Szabi led through the wonderful nature and to places that offered the chance to see a moose. And in fact, we were lucky three times. Once even relatively close. But white and red deer were also visible in large numbers. Over a cozy meal, Szabi told us a lot about Finnish nature and its animals. It was a successful day/evening.

5.00Our guide was fantastic and so enthusiastic about finding us Moose. There were loads of White Tail Deer to see and the forest is beautiful. The food was very nice too. I'm glad I did this trip.

5.00Great tour. My husband and I saw moose for the first time! It was wonderful to be out in a Finnish forest. We really enjoyed the campfire dinner. A must if visiting Helsinki!

5.00Great experience with our guide Patricia. She was really nice and gave us a lot of information about the place we visited and Finland in general (culture, history, traditions). The diner around the fire was a unique experience and we saw few moose, a lot of dear and the landscape was beautiful. We recommand.

5.00We went with tour guide Patricia, who is really friendly, warm, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. It was a lot of fun to be actively involved in searching for animals; on this trip, we saw three moose and a lot of deer. The campfire dinner at the start was also excellent. If you're just visiting Helsinki for a few days, I would recommend this as a great way to get out of the city and see some of the amazing scenery and wildlife: the peninsula is truly beautiful, and we got to see it during the last few hours of the day, and in the twilight. Highly recommended.

5.00Beautiful excursion into the nature of Finland with a small group (8 people). Patricia's leadership was excellent. First campfire with typical Finnish food and drinks, information about nature and history of Finland and then the safari to the animals. We saw deer and deer and as a highlight moose and even a lynx. A highly recommended excursion!
