Discover two beautiful volcanoes on 2 Days trip!
Get ready to be picked up at 23.30 PM by our driver and professional guide who will take you to Bromo area in Probolinggo. Upon departing from Surabaya or Malang, you will reach the destination in 3 hours. Then, we will continue the trip by Jeep (4 WD) to enjoy the bumpy road towards Mt. Penanjakan which is the best spot to enjoy the breathtaking scene of Bromo sunrise. Driving down the hill, you will pass the vast sea of sand, resulting from the eruption of Mt. Bromo, in a 30 minute-easy track all the way to the peak. From the crater rim, you can see the active Bromo crater, caldera and the mountainous views of Mt. Batok and the highest mount in Java Island, Mt. Semeru. Also, you can find the Hindu temple reflecting the Majapahit Kingdom history. Next day, be ready at 1 am we will pick you up from hotel. Afterwards we will begin an hour trek to Ijen Crater. Here, you can get the chance to witness the Blue Fire phenomenon.

Wake up at 00.00 AM and heading to Mt Ijen 00.00 - 02.30 Drive to Mt Ijen 02.30 - 03.00 Climbing Mt Ijen (It needs at least 1,5 hours - 2 hours Climbing) 03.30 - 05.00 Witnessing the Blue Flame and see the sulfur mining. Good guide and driver but trek felt unsafe

3.00Had a good guide and driver. Website states that it is an easy trek. But I would like oppose to that. The distance and slope was doable. But the infrastructure of the trek made it very unsafe. There were no proper pavement and railings. Esp with the activity down the Ijen crater. It is just a working mining field with no proper railings to protect people should they slip and fall. It was so crowded with people that I was afraid someone would slip and grab me down with them. As such, I gave up halfway down the crater. Safety above all always. On top of that, the sulfur gas made it so hard to breathe and see. My advise to everyone is to skip the crater activity to see the blue fire and just head up to the peak to catch the sun rise.
