Berat Castle

Established in the 5th century B.C by an Illyrian tribe of central Albania with a protective castle, it was known as the fortified city of Antipatrea. Hike up to Berat Castle, which offers panoramic views of the city and surrounding landscapes. Visit the National Iconographic Museum Onufri, housed in the Dormition of St. Mary Cathedral. The Byzantine church is highlighted by an iconostasis carved on walnut wood, gold-plated, and surrounded by other exquisite works of medieval art.

Quite a discovery! We found it very difficult to find an agency with guides in Spanish in Tirana and they have been the perfect solution. We did the day trips to Berat and the next day to Kruja. Communication was excellent from the beginning and impeccable punctuality; always professional and pending any doubt. And what about our guide Jetmir? Amazing and super close, it was like going with an Albanian friend who explains everything with passion. I felt very comfortable at all times, something I value very much. We loved the experience; it shows when someone knows and loves their culture. They were our first full-day tours and they flew past us thanks to him. I will definitely choose you again on another trip and of course you will have all my recommendations. An experience of 10!"

It was an incredible tour. The guide new a lot of general information about Albania. We did nature and historic spots. We went to the most incredible restaurant. I highly recommend nd it.
