5.00Great day trip. Perfect day yongive you a taste what Niagara is all about. Now I can go back and focus on certain spots. Our driver was fantastic. In formed us of lots of local history.

5.00We had a fabulous time on the tour today. I really liked how the three hours free time was split across different locations. It really made the day flow. Michael was super knowledgeable and gave recommendations at each spot. It's a shame to read the other reviews about peoples experience with him - we didnt have this experience at all. My only comment would be some harsh braking sometimes but overall the journey was comfortable and entertaining. Thoroughly enjoyed the whole thing and would highly recommend to anyone else.

5.00The stop in Niagara on the Lake town is a gem!!!! So happy we chose this tour because of that. Think every adorable Hallmark movie setting. The lavender shop is divine. The actual Falls are breathtaking! I was completely soaked from the top of the boat and never felt more alive! I wish I would have brought dry socks and another pair of shoes! As it was my coat wasn’t fully zipped so water went down my neck and soaked my shirt, leading me to purchase a sweatshirt. The poncho is for pictures, it does very little to keep you dry. Of special mention was our “Captain” Michael who is a terrific guide. Fall was in peak season and everything just perfect. I did not venture into Niagra Falls town, reminded me of Gatlinburg, TN driving by it.

5.00Nobody cares more about your time than Michael! The trip was efficient, well planned, and we had time to do all you could want to do at the falls. Niagara on the lake was really pretty and great little shops and there was plenty of time to just look at the falls and take pix and wander around the falls area and get lunch. The boat ride was well planned and we just got our tix and got right on. Michael is fun and engaging and everything ran super smoothly. On the way back, Michael was checking the traffic and dropped those of us with a flight off at a place just a short rideshare from the airport so we didn't have to ride all the way downtown and get caught in heavy traffic from an accident.
Trying to be subjective in feedback.

2.00Our review isn't based on Niagara itself, but the tour, or more importantly the Tour Guide, who I also note has other bad reviews. We were picked up in a small bus, not a lot of leg room and not as we would have expected for a trip that would last all day. Our guide - within ten minutes of boarding the bus we were subjected to words including "f***ing" and "bulls**t" followed by an opinion which was quite frankly disrespectful to our Head of State. The guide was obsessed by previous reviews and kept going on about sounding his horn, in between having an opinion of most things. Having read previous reviews I think we know where the problem lies. When being picked up to return, the guide got out of the bus and was on their phone, shouting and swearing down it to someone. Finally, on the way back the guide kept going on about getting a tip from everyone and on arrival, stood at the bottom of the bus steps with his hand out expecting money. We felt embarrassed as we didn't have a lot of cash on us. so wasn't able to give a tip (we had already paid a lot for this trip anyway). The guide then shouted down the street at us. We wouldn't use this company again and I suggest that the staffing problems are addressed.
