5.00This was a great trip. Well organised. Alex was our driver and tour guide. On the way to Niagra he was very informative about Toronto and Niagra. We chose this tour as we had just one stop and plus 3 hours at Niagra with the boat included. Pretty awesome experience. We also liked Niagra on the lake stop too. Would highly recommend.

5.00Great trip to Niagara Falls with Ed - our tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and gave us some helpful tips for exploring the Falls. My only issue - which I don’t believe was Ed’s fault -was the sound system in the bus. Sometimes it wasn’t clear and that made him difficult to understand.

Michael, our steering wheel attendant and tour guide from Niagara and Falls Day Tours was exceptional and truly made our day with his great local knowledge and humor.

5.00Absolutely fantastic tour. Guide was knowledgeable and shared a lot of local insight. The tour covered all the sites, including Niagara-by-the-Lake (a gorgeous little town). Would highly recommended.

5.00As a family of four from the UK this is an excellent and easy way to visit Niagara Falls. We met at 8:15am outside a shop called ‘Hasty Market’ near Union Station and CN Tower. Michael met us and his 30 seater minibus was ready and waiting. We left promptly on time and Michael chatted to all on the bus about Toronto. On the coach included visitors from Australia, the US and the UK. The coach journey took around 1hr 40mins to get to the first stop of Niagara by the Lake. A very quaint Canadian village on Lake Ontario, with a clock tower, bakerys and clothes shops. We then drove on another 20 minutes or so to see the Niagara rapids. This was where Niagara Falls originally stood 12,000 years ago before they had eroded 7 miles down the river to where they stand now. We then drove on a further 10 minutes or so to the Table Rock Centre where we first saw the falls. We spent around 45 minutes there, before being transported 5 minutes down the road to the Niagara Boat tours. Michael had already purchased the boat tickets for us and we had around 2 hours of free time for the boat trip, visit the gift shop and have lunch. The boat trip was the highlight of the trip as you pass by the American Falls, and move onto the Horseshoe Falls (Canadian side) where you feel the spray from the Falls. A magical moment. At 3pm Michael picked us up again from the point he dropped us off and drove directly back to Toronto by 5pm. A really enjoyable and friendly way to visit Niagara Falls with local knowledge and you’ll see places you’d have never seen before
It is worth it.

5.00Everything was perfect, both the tour and the explanation. The guide has everything under control. As an improvement, I would suggest adding an extra hour in Niagara-on-the-Lake since it is very beautiful and you hardly have time, but there is so much to see in just one day.
