5.00Our guide Andre was excellent and extremely knowledgeable! We walked through the city streets where he pointed out and explained all the buildings, markets and scenery we were seeing. He also recommended places to see on our own which we thoroughly enjoyed Porto is an amazing city!

5.00Highly recommend Carlos as a tour guide in Porto, Portugal! We booked a private 4-hour walking tour and were impressed by Carlos's punctuality, despite the festivities from the night before. He met us at the designated spot, which required an Uber ride, and showed up shortly after we arrived. Carlos took us on an amazing tour of the city, sharing his knowledge and passion for Porto. He even helped us find a great spot for lunch. His professionalism and expertise made our tour unforgettable. Would definitely book him again for future tours!

5.00What a turn of luck for us that Ana was available to give us a wonderful tour of Porto the city she loves with all her heart! We learned so much about history of the city, culture, saw hidden jems that only a local expert would know about. Ana was so easy to engage with - she was like our old friend who we met after a while and continued our conversation from the last chat we had :). We got to try local delicacies and learned about Portuguese and Porto traditional dishes and drinks! Ana went above and beyond and showed us so many more beautiful parts of the city even though it was not part of the original itinerary - what a treat! Thank you Ana for sharing you love and passion for your city - we now lovePorto with all our hearts and will definitely be back!

5.00Joana was great! Great personality and knowledgeable about her city. Along the way we got to know her and her background and felt we had made a friend by the end of the tour. She even took the time after the tour to send us detailed recommendations about places to eat and other places to see. We highly recommend her!

5.00Joao was terrific. We were an older group and he adapted to our slower pace right away. He was able to take us around the entire town to see the highlights while making sure we had time to rest. He is totally in tune with the vibe of Porto and the places most favored by locals. He was able to give us the backstories and interesting histories not found in guidebooks. Definitely use him as your guide.

5.00Francisca is one of the best guides I have ever met, if not the best! Her knowledge of Porto’s history, art, culture & dining is unparalleled. She’s warm and friendly (also super cool!), yet professional. She tailored the tour perfectly to suit our interests, so we enjoyed every minute of it. Thank you Francisca for such a wonderful day in Porto, it was one of the highlights of our European trip. We are so lucky to have met you!

5.00Andre was prompt (actually, early!). In my 5 hour walking tour, he showed me all the architectural marvels throughout Porto, from medieval structures to modern ones. He is a wealth of historical knowledge, and could answer all of my questions. He showed me architectural oddities in town, such as the “hidden house”, nested between 2 enormous churches. He took me to an awesome bakery of pastry de nata (custard filled pastry), where we could watch the bakers create their nata masterpieces, and our treats were still hot out of the oven! He showed me the different decorative/protective tiles covering the buildings, and showed me how to determine the approximate age of the tiles. Our tour was entirely on foot, and Andre paid attention to whether I was comfortable or getting tired, or needing a break or hydration. He was acutely aware of my safety, especially when crossing the roads and in construction zones. He even made suggestions about activities I can do in Porto tomorrow. His English is excellent. Andre was an exceptional and ideal tour guide. I recommend him highly.
