  Wonderful Ecuador is the perfect name for this wonderful place! Everyone is incredibly helpful, so kind, and enjoyable to do business with. The bikes were in excellent condition, and the staff goes out of their way to make sure your experience is nothing short of WONDERFUL! Thank you so much for an incredible 2 days of biking and exploring!

• Day out on a bike, nearly all downhill!

  Perfect days event, hired mountain bikes for a full day and followed the road downhill via several waterfalls. We parked at each waterfall, locked out bikes together with the supplier chain, even put the helmets through the chain, then took the cable cars across, or walked down to the rope bridges. The hikes back up were very hot, but relatively short! Bikes were great, I couldn't get the highest 5 gears, but not necessary as you don't need to pedal downhill! Never needed the lower 5 as the up hill sections are short and not too steep. Perfect way to spend a day, came back in a truck for $4, would have been $3 if we wanted to wait for other bikes. Amazingly long way back and nearly all uphill. You don't realise how far you go while free wheeling downhill! Brilliant, highly recommend.

  We rented bikes in this agency to do the waterfall route the bikes were of very good quality! In addition the people working in this agency are very friendly and always ready to help

  Would highly recommend! The staff was so genuine and hilarious. They made the experience so much more fun and enjoyable. I also did the bungee jump with them and they talked me through the whole thing.
