3.00We headed out on this tour with great expectations. And, to be fair, the main attraction at Cesky Krumlov was great. The guide for that portion of the trip was fabulous. But that’s where the good part ends. The description of the tour promises a stop at Ceske Budejovice. But sadly, the driver didn’t even know about the promised stop so we didn’t get to enjoy that part of the tour even though we had paid for it. Additionally, we rode 2.5 hours each way in total Silence as the driver did not provide any commentary at all and his driving was atrocious including stopping so close to the vehicle in front of us that the alarm went off and messaging in WhatsApp while driving. Even though the Cesky Krumlov portion of the trip ( which was the main attraction) was really good the other issues cause us to say pick another tour - this one was not good. Although we have requested an adjustment to our charges due to the omission of one part of the trip, the tour operator has ghosted our request. Even if they choose not to issue a partial refund, they could have the common courtesy to respond. This is the second tour by Lucy Tours that has been a disappointment - pick a different tour company.

5.00Peter was an absolutely fabulous guide! He is so knowledgeable and clearly loves what he does. We were with our adult children and everyone loved the experience. It would also be great with kids of all ages. Peter’s van is very comfortable and he is very gracious making sure he met all of our needs and wishes for the trip. Cesky Krumlov is a beautiful place and it is definitely a MUST see. No need to go inside the castle as the decor is not authentic at all. If you could book ahead to go to a performance at the theater in the garden I would think it would be amazing.

5.00My husband and I were very excited about Cesky Krumlov , we had been hearing a lot about it. Robert our guide was very good at explaining the history and the area. We made a few stops along the way to the Original Budweiser plant ! The Castle and the grounds were absolutely amazing! We felt very pleased to have had time to explore extended areas from Prague! Robert took us to very nice restaurant for lunch and we were pleased that he agreed to join us!

5.00The company helped to include a personal stop and proceeded to the Cesky Krumlov site. Our guide, Martin did a great job of helping us to get to our personal location and sharing local and historical information along the way. The visit to Cesky Krumlov included amazing history and scenery. Martin was thoughtful in making breaks, and included some local small coffee shops for rest and relaxation, which usually included a short walk of the town. We had a member of our group who needed a slower pace and some assistance with getting in and out of vehicles, and Martin was right there to help. The vehicle was right sized, clean and comfortable. This was an all day tour and was worth the time and money invested. Highly recommend for anyone.

5.00The day trip to Cesky Krumlov from Prague was splendid. Va'Clav was our driver and tour guide for the day. He is very knowledgeable about the history of the Czech Republic and Cesky Krumlov and is a great conversationalist. I would highly recommend him as your guide.

5.00Lucy Tours exceeded any possible expectations I had!! We did two days in a row (One in Cesky Krumluv, one in Prague) with a group of about 15 people for a work trip. A bunch of photographers guided by the one and only, Tomas. He was patient with us as we created images while being so educational, kind, and FUN! No where in the world could I ask for a better tour guide - I still remember the facts I learned and will forever cherish these two tour days in Prague. Not to mention the entire group adoring him, and that made me look good on the production end. So grateful for everything about this experience. Thank you Lucy Tours!
