This is the most complete QUITO day tour you have ever imagined! We are covering a lot and will never feel rushed!
It might end up being a private tour but if we have other potential participants, this might include one or more participants.
-TELEFERICO (cable car) to reach the 4000 meters / 12000 feet (geat view of Quito)
-SWING IN THE CLOUDS. we will hike for about 15 minutes until we get there
- MITAD DEL MUNDO ( equator line) We are visiting the real equator line where there is a very interesting museum
-BASILICA DE QUITO which is the biggest neogotic church in south America, We are planning to visit all inside
- LUNCH TIME. (optional)

- EL SAGRARIO CHURCH (inside)
- PLAZA DE LA INDEPENDENCIA

2.00Luis was my guide and seemed most interested in getting the tour done in as short a time as possible. The pickup time was changed from 8:30 AM to 8:45 AM but didn't find him waiting in the hotel lobby until almost 9 AM. We didn't climb one of the towers in the national basilica as indicated in the itinerary. We did not go anywhere for lunch. No water was provided even though the emailed directions from the operator had not included to bring your own water. He told me we would be done by 2 PM. When I pointed out it was supposed to be approx. an 8 hr tour, he said to take it up with his boss. I picked this tour based on the rating and number of reviews. I requested a partial refund of the $185 but was told $30 was all allowed. Not sure if I will get it. Clearly I made a mistake in my selection.

5.00This is an excellent tour to experience Quito. You are at each location with plenty of time to enjoy all the locations. Jose is Amazing! Excellent guide, knowledgeable and friendly. Bring water, walking shoes, and rain jacket.

5.00My tour with Jorge was fantastic. He knew Quito well, shared helpful historical context, and avoided the crowds. I especially enjoyed climbing the steep ladder to the top of a church for incredible views. We skipped the cable car because of a thunderstorm on the mountain, but Jorge quickly adjusted and took me to another spot that was just as rewarding. He stayed focused on safety throughout, which made the day smooth and enjoyable. I also loved the freshly made Quito-style empanada filled with cheese and topped with sugar—delicious. Jorge was flexible and accommodating—exactly what I wanted on vacation.

5.00Our full-day tour of Quito was absolutely amazing, and a huge part of that was our incredible guide, Jorge. From the moment the tour started, he was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about sharing the history and culture of Quito. Jorge went above and beyond to make sure everyone was comfortable and engaged. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and made each stop feel special, not rushed. His knowledge of the city, from historical landmarks to hidden gems, truly made the experience unforgettable. What stood out the most was his kindness and attention to detail—he made sure we had great photo opportunities, answered all our questions, and even shared local tips that made the rest of our trip better. If you’re visiting Quito, I highly recommend this tour—especially if you’re lucky enough to have Jorge as your guide. He made the day perfect!

5.00Had a fantastic time on the Full Day City tour. Jorge kept us informed prior to the tour and Jose was an exceptional tour guide. Jose had to improvise some due to the Good Friday festivities in the historic district but overall it was an exciting, fun-filled and very informative day. The views from the top of the Teleferiqo were amazing. The history learned at La Mitad Del Mundo was interesting. Highly recommend the tour. If ever back in Quito I wouldn't hesitate to ask for Jose by name.

5.00We decided to book the tour privately for the two of us so we could adapt the itinerary (skipped the Teleférico) . Our guide Luisfer was so knowledgeable, easy going and fun to share the day with. Paul, our driver, was also a pleasure and he would magically appear in the car when needed. Luisfer was so helpful, allowing to adapt the tour for our interests (skipped Teleférico) and our request to shorten one planned tour stop and lengthen another. His english is perfect and his historical knowledge made this such an engaging fun day with lots to learn. Was really interesting to leave our tourist area in the old district to see outside of central Quito. Definitely book with Luisfer!

5.00We had a wonderful day in Quito thanks to our wonderful guide Luis who suggested some changes in our itinerary based on the interest of my kids!! Feeding the hummingbirds was so memorable!! Highly recommend this very professional tour operator.

5.00It was a great trip. Very informative and if you had 1 day in Quito to do a tour this is the one to do. Beautiful views from the top of the cable car. Luis our tour guide was so nice and friendly.
