You will explore Erawan National Park which is a renowned nature reserve spanning over 550 square kilometers. It encompasses diverse flora and fauna, forests and limestone hills. Main attraction is this Park will be Erwan Water Fall, waterfall named after the Erawan, the three-headed white elephant of Hindu mythology. The seven-tiered falls are said to resemble the Erawan. Next, boat ride on River Kawai and a short trip on Bridge Over the River Kawai. The last station of this trip be Jeath Wat Museum also known as The Railway museum illustrates the region's role in World War II. It focuses on the history of the infamous Death Railway.

River Khwae Bridge

Bridge Over the River Kwai is the most important part of the railway track between Myanmar and Thailand by the Japanese in 1942. The railway track was built by he prisoners of war, who were forced to work in horrible circumstances. The aforementioned bridge was constantly under attack which made it life-threatening for the prisoners of war to work there. A large number of prisoners died there. The railway track is also called the Death Railway.

I booked this trip in mid-February with my kids and husband. We were picked up in the early morning from our hotel in Bangkok and head for Pattaya. We had a whole lot of fun at this water park, the staff were friendly and helpful. The sliders are good and the staff on them keep them safe without sucking the fun out of it. In the afternoon, we headed for the Teddy bear museum. The museum was huge with multiple levels. The kids enjoyed here very much. In the evening, we headed back to Bangkok and was dropped off at our hotel. Overall experience was very smooth!!
