We were extremely disappointed with how our recent trip was handled. Although we had a confirmed booking for Sunday, 28th September, we were surprised to find out—only upon arriving at the pickup location—that we were not on the list. After speaking with the tour operator, we were informed that our booking had somehow been made for Tuesday, 30th September, without our knowledge or consent. The problems began a few days before the trip when we encountered issues with your website. We reached out to customer service, but the representative was also unable to resolve the issue online. As a result, they cancelled our confirmed booking in order to make a new one. What we were not told is that this would be treated as an entirely new booking, requiring us to go through the payment process again. Since this is a business account, arranging funds on short notice was extremely difficult and time-consuming. The lack of clear communication, the mishandling of our original booking, and the added inconvenience on the day of the trip made for a frustrating and disappointing experience. We hope that your team can review the booking and support processes to ensure this doesn't happen to other customers in the future.

The tour driver was excellent. He gave us lot of history and explained to us everything very nicely.

The weather was a little dodgy but all in all it was a FANTASTIC day. Bert was our guide (South African but we won't hold that against him) great at explaining everything. Had a HUGE concerns to make sure everyone was on board and safe when we got off. The highlight of our trip was when we stopped to see Koalas in their habitat,up a gum tree, and then on the way home stopped at Simpson School to see up to 20 Kangaroo's in the school grounds. Warned us to be very quiet so "The Big Fella" didn't get a fright and they would take off. It was quite a sight to see. It was quite a league of nations on the coach from India, China, Japan, USA and us from New Zealand. Thank you for a great day full of history and surprises.

The tour of the 12 apostles is v. Good but seeing wild animals is overstated. All we saw was 1 koala and no kangaroos - not even a few dead ones ("at least" as promised) a few more detours to see some wild animals would have been good. By themselves the 12 Apostles would have been a 5 star experience.
