The only one in the world is the most beautiful temple of contemporary Buddhist art. When we look at the temple, it is like entering another world, heaven on earth if you want to experience it. second stop at: Wat Rong Suea Ten or Blue Temple, The Wat Rong Suea Ten or Blue Temple is beautiful temple with a distinctive identity. Created by Ajarn Puttha Krabkaew or Sala Nok, an artist from Chiang Rai. He is a student of Master Chalermchai Kositpipat. It was created using blue and gold as the main features and is very eye-catching and has a pair of elegant Nagas. this blue wonder were once the disciples of the builder of the White Temples Duration: 30 minutes

5.00Great tour to see Chiang Rai! The tour guide John is knowledgeable and funny, explaining the history of each sites. We also booked a private tour with him to see Doi Tung Royal Villa, border of Thailand and Myanmar, and other places we wanted. I’d highly recommend this tour to anyone who visit Chiang Rai!

5.00The 1 day tour around Chang Rai, visiting 7 wonders has been a total open! The route is very well planned. We've had the right time at every point. The guide your real name does not remember but calls himself John, has been kind, respectful, very funny and I signed about the object of the visit in depth, exposing the data in a friendly and well documented way. We remember it 2000%!!! Thank you, John!!

5.00We were the only ones on our trip with our tour guide John and his wife Anna (their nicknames they gave themselves). We had a great trip. The different spots are definitely interesting, but far apart and you spend a lot of time in the car. If you have the chance, I would advise to spent the extra money and split the trip into two smaller day trips, so you have more time at each location and the surrounding area. In total the whole trip took about 10 hours and it was a tight schedule. John planned the tour really well, so we were always ahead of the other tourists but your mileage may vary with bigger groups. I really liked how respectful he was in the long neck village towards the people while guiding us through. Triangle Thailand -Mynamar-Laos was one of the best on day. And even though it was a lot of time in the car, it was a joy with both of them. Thanks you!

5.00This is a very well structured tour with an excellent guide - Jong. We were picked up from our hotel at 8.30am and returned at approximately 7pm, so it is a very full but rewarding day. The tour covers a great deal of Chiang Rai, but because of the regular stops to see different sights, it really doesn’t feel like you are in the vehicle for long (comfortable anyway!). At each stop, Jong explains the history of the temple / site to the group before allowing plenty of free time to explore by yourself. He is always on hand to take photos for you, putting emphasis on making memories. Jong is a great guide. He made our tour interactive, fun and interesting. I feel that we learnt lots without there being an information overload, as a result of how passionate Jong is. Everything was great, including the buffet style lunch. Jong checked dietary requirements in the morning and made sure that the restaurant could cater for me as a vegetarian. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone planning a visit to Chiang Rai. You won’t be disappointed!

5.00It was really good experience with our tour guide (Andrew forgot his Thai name). At first I taught it would be avg! But It happened to be really existing day for 9strangers. We had a comfortable ride. He taught us few basic Thai words. And try to encourage our group so that we can communicate within the group.

5.00Had a great, full day. Saw all the sites we wanted to with a great guide, his wife, and only one other passenger. The temples are amazing and the tour guide was able to describe everything and give lots of good information. We got lots of great pictures. We opted for the boat ride on the order river. It is loud but very interesting. Thanks for a very memorable day!

5.00My husband and I booked a day tour to see the sights around Chiang Rai. We were completely charmed by our guide jhon who met us promptly at 8am. We had a full day touring the White Temple, the Blue Temple and the fascinating Baandam Black Museum. We found Jhon engaging and informative as well as knowledgeable answering our endless questions of the things we saw. From there we broke for lunch (which was sooo delicious) before we ventured to the Kayan (Long Neck Karen) village and guided us thru and explained a lot about fascinating people and their culture. From there we moved on to a tea plantation that gave us a terraced vista views of the tea plants that is grown there , as well as samples of the refreshing tea. After that we traveled to the Golden Triangle where we could stand in Thailand, see Laos to the right of us and Myanmar to the left. Very surreal. We stopped off at the Opium Museum where we learned the history of Opium and how it related to the Golden Triangle. It was such a full day and Jhon kept us informed and entertained all the way back to our doorstep at 6:30pm! It was such a wonderful day and would highly recommend going on this tour! Thank you Jhon for a memorable time in Northern Thailand!

5.00Wonderful day! Started at 8am off to the white temple followed by the blue temple then the black temple. John did a thorough job explaining each site with great knowledge and humor. After a really tasty lunch we were off to long neck village, a tea plantation, the golden triangle and finally the opium museum. Again John did a masterful job explaining what we were seeing. We learned much more than if we were on our own. Dropped off at our hotel around 6 pm and enjoyed every moment. Highly recommend!
