Hi, Thank you very much for such amazing tour and time, from the beginning on contacting us a day before informing about the time and what we needed to bring, to the tour and to the end. All the team did a great job, but Cisco is really an amazing guide, this was one of the best tours that I have been, he would tell jokes, assist everyone, giving us time to take the pictures, asking if everything was ok, and taking care even of the oldest that could walk faster. The buffet was amazing as well, and the end by the longest bridge in the world was very nice. I really recommend this tour

The tour was exactly as advertised. Interesting travel on the high speed catamaran going over and back by bus on the longest bridge in the world. Our great tour guide Cisco in Macau showed us the sights and explained the history of the area. He also pointed out that it was not a gambling tour and we only spent 30 to 45 minutes in the Venetian casino. The casino area rivals Las Vegas.

This tour is a good introduction to Macao (in particular the historical side). It was a long day but well worth the experience. We were picked up and dropped off from our hotel. We travelled one way with waterjet and then returned on the bus on the HZM Bridge. Both Cisco and Yvonne were excellent tour leaders and also the bus drivers. There was lots of walking at our tour stops but the coach was comfortable driving around Macau. Lunch was also good. Would recommend this tour company.

The tour itself was decent. Macau is a fascinating destination, and the sightseeing portion covered the key highlights you’d expect. Our guide during the day was knowledgeable enough and managed the group fairly well. No major complaints about the daytime experience—it was what you’d hope for on a standard guided tour. However, the experience was soured entirely by what happened at the end. The drivers responsible for returning guests to their hotels were shockingly unprofessional. They provided no clear information about the drop-off process, refused to answer even basic questions about logistics, and showed a complete lack of consideration for the group—especially in the face of long delays and heavy traffic. When politely confronted, they responded with open hostility, raised voices, and outright rudeness. This level of disrespect and poor communication at the end of a long day left a bad taste in everyone’s mouth. It turned what could have been a pleasant outing into a frustrating experience. For that reason, I cannot recommend this agency for this tour. The sightseeing was decent, but no tour should end in that kind of treatment.

The tour was great. Such a change in vibe compared to the modern and fast-paced Hongkong. Macau is slower, older and more charming. The buildings are beautiful, give an European feel, and are charming in their own way. They remind me of Europe, and the feeling of walking down the tree-lined pavement of Paris, Rome or Barcelona. Cisko is a wonderful tour guide. He is funny, talkative, open and very friendly. He is also knowledgeable, and gave us lots of fun facts and interesting history of the city and its main attractions. He made sure we had some ideas and background about each place before we reached it, so that we could enjoy and appreciate it more. He also gave us great tips on what to see, where to pay attention to, and what food to sample and bring home as gifts. The Macau snacks and cookies are really yummy. We sampled a lot, and brought a big bag back to share with friends and family. Everyone love them and we regret not buying more. The bridge connecting Macau and Hongkong is really impressive. It’s an architectural and construction marvel to build such a long and wide bridge across the sea. P.S. Macau changed our perception towards egg tarts. We used to look at them with suspicion, as the one we had tasted were not very good at all, but Macau’s ones are awesome, and we really enjoyed the creamy texture and the mildly sweet taste of baked eggs, combined with the crumbly and flaky shell.
