I am so pleased that we went to Macau with this Viator excursion. Both guides, Yvonne on the Hong Kong side and Cheryl in Macau were superb. Going back and forth from Hong Kong to Macau requires going through immigration twice in both directions, once leaving HK and entering Macau and then leaving Macau and entering HK. Without these guides who provided precise directions, I am not sure we could have done this ourselves. The tour of Macau was really fascinating and Cheryl provided us with a thorough history of Macau and led us through the streets of the old city making sure not to lose anyone along the way, which is a real accomplishment. I would highly recommend this tour for anyone considering a day trip to Macau.
So little to see and much to gamble

The historical aspect of the church is interesting. The egg tarts were nice. Buffet lunch is so so. Other than the casinos, there is nothing much interesting to see culturally. The highlight is 40 min bridge transfer on the way back to HK.

From hotel pick up to hotel drop off, every thing went smoothly. Nice arrangements. The tour guides at both Hong Kong and Macao are very helpful.
