What a cool experience getting to see the little penguins come in from the water, not always an easy feat for them.

The driver did not give clear instructions on returning to the bus on time. We waited over 25 minutes at the first stop for two young women, he went into a restaurant and pulled two young women out after waiting for 15 minutes at the shortened lunch stop and waited again for the same young women a second time at another stop. Nothing was said to them. Was very disrespectful of the rest of the folks on the tour. We had to shorten lunch to 35 minutes, etc. The penguin March is exaggerated. We saw a few dozen penguins come out over about 20 minutes. We were the last bus to arrive and had to sit in the back rows of the viewing area. Just a very disappointing tour overall. If you want to see the penguin March, rent a car for the day and drive yourself!

Loved this tour . Stopped by 2 beautiful beaches and a koala and kangaroo sanctuary . Able to feed the kangaroos . The main attraction was the penguins . We upgraded our seats and was able to see them come out if the oceans and go to their dens . It was magical . I do wish we had more time there to enjoy all the exhibits and information the center had available .

We had a lovely time and enjoyed visiting Phillip Island and seeing the Little Penguins. Richard, I believe that was our tour guide‘s name, did a great job of providing information and making it a fun experience. We loved feeding the Wallabies at the sanctuary and the drive through the countryside and towns was beautiful!

We booked last second after not doing our homework and realizing just how far from Melbourne CBD Phillip Island actually was. Turns out, maybe just maybe that happened for a reason. Elliot picked us up right on time and welcomed us aboard the bus. He filled our morning Commute picking up the rest of the passengers and heading to the first destination with great music, entertaining commentary, and nicely done city driving. The stops along the tour were really enjoyable, with the moonlit sanctuary being a nice place to grab a lunch sandwich and see some animals up close. Having Elliot, a Phillip Island lad, as our guide made a big difference as he was able to deliver commentary based off of personal lived experience to the tour which really made it unique. The stop in Cowes was lovely as it's a cute little town with plenty of places to grab dinner. The stops along the way, including the nobbies, were breathtaking, with my only complaint being we didn't see any of the fur seals who call it home! Finally, Elliot did everything in his power to make sure we arrived to the nights main event, the penguin parade, on time and early enough to secure a prime viewing spot. My wife and I got a seat right on the beach front, with uninterrupted views of the parade, thanks largely in part to Elliot ensuring we areived in a timely manner. And when it came time to leave, we got out smoothly and back to Melbourne in a timely and safe manner. All in all, I would highly recommend this experience, and if you're lucky enough to have Elliot as your guide, you are going to love it.
