Our recent tour in Busan was absolutely wonderful, thanks to our amazing guide, Kay. From start to finish, she was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly flexible in accommodating our needs throughout the day. Creating a great tour experience takes preparation and collaboration, and Kay truly excelled at both. Leading up to the day, she worked closely with us to understand our interests and helped design an itinerary that perfectly balanced sightseeing, local culture, and a few hidden gems we wouldn’t have found on our own. On the day of the tour, Kay’s easygoing personality and thoughtful approach made everything flow seamlessly. She adjusted plans on the spot when needed and made sure we were comfortable and engaged. We left Busan with wonderful memories, a deeper appreciation for the city, and gratitude for such a well-organized and personalized experience. The tour was great. It was certainly a jam packed itinerary. Our guide, Mimi, was very nice and spoke English well. She was very attentive and accommodating at each stop. I would use their services again and highly recommend them.

Our tour operator, Mimi, was a breath of fresh air! She filled our day with joy and curiosity. She was a very good communicator with intimate knowledge of the inner workings of Korean society and details about the points of interest we visited. She was sensitive towards adjusting to our needs and focused the tour towards our interests. Our guide, Kay Seo, was amazing! She pre-ordered Sky Capsule tickets for us to ensure we had a private car, went out of her way to accommodate our vegetarian preferences & found a tremendous lunch spot. She offered a wonderful overview of Busan throughout the day. From the striking hillside temple to a wonderful trip through the fish market, we had an incredible day.

Our guide Mini was just outstanding. It was the best full day experience we have had in any country. The city was brought to life and its beauty by the passion of our tour guild Mini. I only wish I could book her for every tour we take around the world.
