  DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE! I’ve chartered with this company 3 times. Here’s my take: June 30, 2024 (Captain Craig): I had a perfect experience. It was enjoyable and informative, with high-quality food and drinks provided. March 9, 2025 (Captain Selassie): I had a positive experience. While I was surprised to find the captain’s family on board, the staff was wonderful and I was able to successfully customize my itinerary. There ended up being more of the captain family and a friend than it was of us. Foolish! March 14, 2026 (Captain Germinal): This was by far my worst experience. I encountered several major issues: Unprofessionalism: The captain was late, disregarded my requested itinerary, and attempted to upsell me for the destination I had already requested and at $500 at that! Excuse me?? He even wanted to show me the texts from what I presume is the owner, I was NOT interested! Safety and Comfort: I felt the captain was dismissive of my comfort and safety, particularly when he insisted I swim in rough currents rather than using the dinghy. I even questioned if it worked because he didn’t want to use it at ALL! Equipment/Maintenance: I found the boat to be in poor condition, with dirty, torn cushions, towels everywhere. Super ghetto. Operational Skill: I felt the crew lacked experience, which was most evident during a difficult and concerning docking process. Accommodations: a mixed pack of potato chips ain’t it! Conclusion: Based on my most recent experience, I am extremely dissatisfied and strongly advise against using this company due to their lack of professionalism and poor maintenance, condition, and service standards. It’s giving super low budget! I should have left and gotten a refund instead of Giving a sympathy tip. That was the only time the captain was pleasant.

  Amazing boat, crew, trip! We have been coming to TCI for over 15 years and this has been the single best thing we have done. Our captain and his son crew this amazing catamaran and they could not have been more genuine. We learned so many things about TCI that we never knew. They even had paddle boards on board for everyone to go explore. Add to this that the cost of their FULL day was about the same as HALF a day on the other charters!!! Don’t hesitate!! • Worst ever experience, dont use this company ever

  Nothing from the itinerary mentioned was matched. The page promised 6 stops and we had only one proper stop and another 10min one. The Captain was clearly not focused as he was joined strangely by his wife and his 9months old daughter who was sick. He forgot to get water for the trip and decided that we will pick some water from North Caicos town which was not in the plan and we found out it was 3 hours away. We paid $65 per person extra for a bbq but were shocked with the quality of fried fish and chiken drumsticks badly marinated. The boat got stuck when we were approaching one of the beaches, he kept trying to get it out and finally did but after losing another two hours after the first 3 hours. It was almost 4pm when we asked him to please stop by another beach but he couldn't anchor as the anchor was already damaged. We had to jump to the water me and my son and left the my and daughter back as the zodiac can not be used without the anchor. So only had a 10min stop. Talked to Captain Ben who is the tour operator and partner in the company to request a fair partial refund. He promised to investigate then completely ignored all my whatsapps and calls. Not to be trusted.

  Hands down our favorite part of the trip. The boat the captain the skipper and the food were all fantastic the experience was once in a lifetime. We were out all day and have the sunburns to prove it but had the most beautiful view of anyone.

• Buyers Beware!!!!!

  Friends beware. This is overall and awful experience. We are celebrating double birthdays and wanted to spend the day in the beautiful waters.The whole day started on the wrong foot, when we reached the venue they told us the catamaran is broken and they will take us on a speed boat. After a long arguement they agreed to take us on a small catamaran instead of the large one. After 30 mins on the catamaran the captain told us he cant give the boat and had to take it back and said will take us on a speed boat for free and then do a full day 2 days later on a catamaran we booked. We said ok, we paid the tip and a day later called for the free ride. Guess what they dont have the catamaran and wanted to take on speed boat again. We insisted on our refund. It took Viator to get involved to help us get our refund back. Not a good business and this is not how you treat travelers. Thank god I booked through Viator.

  Had a great day with Captain Selassie and his crew aboard their catamaran. Nice cruise all along the Turks and Caicos coast and visit to Noah’s Ark. Highlight of the trip was swimming with Jojo the dolphin and his family along the coast. Highly recommend this trip and Captain Selassie, great people, great vibes and lovely family, treated me and my family as their family.

  Grwat boat and crew! Went with captian Craig, and he was AMAZING! Really cool chill guy, very accomodating, honest, and knowledgeable! Highly recommend! Will definitely book again!

  Had a spectacular day with Captain Craig and Sessalie on the African Dream - 40 foot catamaran. They have drinks, chips, towels and snorkel gear. They organized the day around us and just exceptional hosts. We saw humpback whales, dolphins and every variety of tropical fish snorkeling. Simply spectacular

  Aly and Selassie were wonderful. They took great care of us. We went all over, snorkeling, swimming with JoJo (a dolphin) Finding lobsters and conch. Knowledgeable, fun, safe, and super nice. 10/10 recommend.
