The tour will be customized to meet your preferences where possible, in particular which types of wine tasting experiences you would like.

You will be transported in a top of the line Mercedes V250D minivan with nappa leather seats and room for up to six passengers.

Your guide, Geoff, is the owner of the business and has been a Waiheke resident for over 24 years. He is a wine enthusiast with excellent knowledge of wines from Waiheke and other parts of NZ.

Geoff will meet you at either your Waiheke Island accommodation or at one of the ferry terminals or local airstrip (for helicopter landings). He will then take you on a personalized Private tour for between two and six people and it will include Premium or Reserve wine tastings at three Waiheke Island Cellar Doors, plus sightseeing, and a two course lunch at one of Waiheke Island's excellent restaurants. At the end of the tour Geoff will take you back to either your accommodation, or ferry or helicopter departure points.

This activity is completely private. You don’t have to wait for anyone, and you enjoy the wine tasting that is personalized. Jeff is very friendly, provides information about the history of the wine industry at Waiheke. He has everything plan perfectly for a superb experience. The wine cellars we visited were top. Delicious wines. The lunch was very good with great service. Definitely a tour for exclusive people. Worthy of the price.
This is a must do way to spend the day for any wine lover visiting Auckland

We had a fantastic experience with Geoff on our full day winetasting tour. He picked us up promptly from the ferry and drove us around a bit, giving us a nice background and history of the island. I was able to work with him prior to our trip to select the wineries we wanted to visit as well as where we wanted to go for lunch. In the end, we ended up enjoying three wineries and a lovely lunch. Geoff is full of knowledge, very gracious, and overall a great host and tour guide. We would definitely recommend!

Geoff's Waiheke Custom Wine Tour was a perfect 5/5 experience. Geoff's knowledge and passion for the wineries made the day unforgettable. He took us to a mix of well-known and hidden gem vineyards, sharing insights about the wines and winemaking along the way. What set Geoff apart was his flexibility and eagerness to accommodate our requests, even taking a brief detour at our suggestion. His friendly and approachable nature made the tour feel like a day out with a friend. The included lunch was a pleasant surprise, and Geoff's meticulous planning ensured a flawless experience. If you're looking for a fantastic wine tour with a great guide on Waiheke Island, Geoff's tour is a must-try.

Geoff was an excellent guide and very very friendly. He took us to 3 fantastic vineyards and one of the best meals we had in NZ. He had very reasonable pricing, was very informative of Waiheke Island and made us feel right at home. I cannot imagine there is a better wine tour on this lovely island! We would absolutely use Geoff in the future and would highly recommend him! Thanks so much, Geoff!!
