Short Answer: This was a great day trip, well organized, enjoyable, and easy to customize to your needs. For those wanting more detail: I traveled solo, but it was clear that this day trip is perfect for everyone, whether you’re a couple, family, or traveling alone. People of all ages—from young to old—seemed to enjoy it equally. The drive is about 3 hours long, but they make a morning stop with plenty of time to grab a quick bite and take a bathroom break, and another stop for the same on the way back. The bus is spacious and equipped with an onboard bathroom, which is definitely a plus! Our guide for the entire trip, Shou, was wonderful. He made sure everyone was accounted for and communicated clearly in both English and French. He provided instructions multiple times, so it was always easy to know what was happening, where we needed to be, and when. We first stopped at Montmorency Falls, and it was truly stunning. We had 50 minutes there, which was enough time to explore the area. You could walk a short trail to get closer to the falls, enjoy the view from an accessible viewpoint, or take a cable car up to the top. I opted for the trail and loved the boardwalk and the beautiful views! Next, we headed to Quebec City's old town, where we met Luc, a local guide who was definitely the highlight of the day. His passion for his city and his wealth of knowledge made the tour so enjoyable. We climbed several flights of stairs while he shared fascinating stories. If stairs aren’t your thing, there’s an alternate route. The tour itself was brief, but you can skip it if you prefer. It’s easy to just enjoy the falls and spend time exploring the city on your own—shopping, eating, and taking in the cobblestone streets. The area is charming and easy to navigate, even with the cobblestones. After that, we went on a river cruise, which was relaxing and informative. The narrator was great, though the information felt a bit repetitive since we’d already seen the falls from land. That said, the break on the water was nice, and the boat had food, drinks, and bathrooms, making the experience even more comfortable. Before heading back to Montreal, we had some free time to explore Quebec City. The return trip was well-timed, and we were back in Montreal by 8 pm. A special shoutout to Tiffany, who helped me arrange the pick-up and drop-off. She was super easy to reach and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. David, our driver, was also fantastic. They made everything so easy for me, and I can't recommend them enough! This day trip is an amazing way to see Quebec City from Montreal and can be customized for different needs. Whether you’re looking for a quick getaway or want to explore at your own pace, this tour is a great option.

This was a good way to see Quebec city for the day. I think the tour company did a great job! My guide, Yung (spelling?), was fantastic! My only complaint was some of the other passengers were inconsiderate of others, so don't be one of those people! I don't hold that against the tour company though

Quebec was really good. The tour guide was very accomodating, especially Yeung. The whole tour was well paced, even though it was a full tour bus.
