4.00Everything went well with William, our guide, who ensured the tour was conducted in both French and English. However, the guide in Quebec did not care about my husband, the only French speaker in the group. Too much effort, I suppose, even though he is bilingual! The only translations he received were about 10% of the tour. I find it unacceptable that such a guide continues to work for Viator!! Everything else was perfect, but imagine my husband's disappointment!

5.00perfect way to spend a day in quebec city from montreal without having to navigate or park. the falls were a lovely stop (although pack a rain jacket for this stop! we forgot to and weren’t able to go to they close/climb to the top without getting completely soaked). we also booked the trip with the cruise but decided to skip that part because we wanted more time to explore/shop/eat. it was absolutely the right decision! spend more time in the city if you like to explore. quebec city was so charming and lovely.

2.00The tour I booked was to include 3 hours in Quebec PLUS a 2 hour boat ride and 3 additional hours of three more stops. This did not occur. The total time in Quebec including the boat tour was 3 hours. This was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING. Had we known this we would not have booked the boat tour. The online advertisement of the itinerary is false and misleading. Additionally, the 50 min guided tour was 20min tops leaving 30 min before the boat but instead of allowing us to explore with the little time we had, we were walked to the boat 30 min early to wait. Had I known, I would have made other plans.

4.00Richard and William were great guides. The tour is good, but a little long, so be prepared for a full day. Quebec City is fabulous.

5.00William who speaks 4 languages was a terrific and funny guide. He shared knowledge about Montreal and Quebec City in our all day tour. We chose the option to have a driver pick us up at our hotel and that worked really well. Go William on your fifth language!
