Pilanesberg National Park

This is a day safari from Jo'burg. I suggest an early pickup at 7:00 a.m. We can make a quick stop at the bakery to grab a coffee and something to nibble on. Then, depending on traffic, we take a 2:30-hour journey. We will embark on a full-day safari experience while we are out searching for the animals that Mother Nature has allowed to share with us. We would then depart the park around 5 or 6 p.m. or as the park closed. This would then mean that we arrive back in Johannesburg at around 9 p.m. This nature reserve is home to not only the Big 5, but other animals like giraffes, hippopotamus, crocodiles, different species of antelope, and different bird species. Lunch can be enjoyed at one of the beautiful lodges at the park.

This one day safari with KG was awesome. It was just my husband and I and we wanted to experience a safari but only for a day. 😂 KG picked us up on time and off we went! Had a quick stop at a bakery for coffee and bits which was good as we hadn’t had breakfast. The safari was beautiful! Seeing the animals in their natural habitats was so cool. If you have limited time in JoBurg and don’t have time to do a 2+ day safari, I highly recommend this tour with KG. He is knowledgeable, witty, and punctual. Hey KG! Brandy was a dog. 😂

Fantastic day, in which we saw a lot in Johannesburg, Soweto and Pretoria. Lots of explanations along the way. Visited Apartheid Museum, in short, experienced the culture of South Africa safely and up close!

What a great trip. KG was the ultimate host and could not do enough for us. The animals, location and KGs culinary delights. we had it all. I do not know how he found so many animals for us to see. Highly recommend KG and his tours. They are great. We will use his company again.

The "KG" Guide is sensational, experienced, polite, super friendly, explains everything calmly and helps tourists get used to the experience. He knows a lot about safaris and animals. I highly recommend it. THE TOUR: What can I say about this unforgettable tour!!!! The most incredible experience anyone could have.... Walking among 3 wild lions is not something that can be described in words... Fear, happiness, emotion, you will feel everything at the same time. I highly recommend this beautiful experience!
