1.Please be noted From Apr 26 to Sep 30 visit Mount Fuji 5th Station. From Oct 1th to April 25th of the following year, go to Arakurayama Sengen Park instead of Mt.Fuji
2.If your tattoo is smaller than a palm and there's only one, you may cover it with a tattoo sticker. However, if the tattoo is large, entry into Japanese hot springs is not permitted.
3.Weekend and holiday traffic in Japan may delay the return time past 8 p.m. Our company will cover any overtime fees for the guide and driver. we kindly recommend not scheduling any activities or transport afterward to avoid losses. Please note that visit times at attractions may also be shortened， adjusted or canceled due to the same reason,We sincerely ask for your understanding and patience.
4.The tour guide will hold a yellow flag with the 'Gogoday' logo at the meeting point. Simply tell the tour guide the name you used when booking, and you'll be able to join,Please arrive 15 minutes early. No refunds for late arrivals or no-shows.
5.At Lake Yamanaka, due to time constraints, you can only choose to participate in either the boat ride or the hot spring experience, not both
6.Due to the booking platform's privacy settings, we can't see your email address， please inform us your email address after booking. We will send you an email around 9 PM the night before your departure, which will include information about the guide, driver, and vehicle license plate.
7.The visiting date for seasonal attractions around the Lake Kawaguchi itinerary may vary each year and should only be used as a reference.
8.Please note that weather conditions are unpredictable, and visibility of Mount Fuji cannot be guaranteed. We appreciate your understanding
9.It's recommended to bring some cash, as some scenic spots, restaurants, and other places in the Mount Fuji area may only accept cash payments

Arakurayama Sengen Park(Visit: October 1 to April 25) Our journey begins at Arakurayama Sengen Park,A newly popular attraction, listed as one of the "21 places every photographer must visit before they die" around the world. This location offers a superb view of Mount Fuji. Climbing the 397 steps near the main hall, you'll be greeted by the “Chūrei Tower” of the Five-story Pagoda, allowing you to capture the perfect shot of the “Five-story Pagoda, Mount Fuji, and the cityscape below” all in one frame. Photographers and tourists from around the globe come to witness this stunning scene. Besides the cherry blossoms in spring, the fresh greenery of summer, the autumn foliage, and the winter snow are all exceptionally beautiful. In addition to enjoying the magnificent view of Mount Fuji, you can also overlook the charming cityscape of Fujiyoshida.
Mt. Fuji 5th Station
Mt. Fuji Fifth Station(Visit: April 26 to September 30) The 5th Station of Mount Fuji is located at the halfway up the mountain, with an elevation of 2,305 meters. As Japan's highest peak, Mount Fuji offers different perspectives from both afar and up close. From the closest viewpoint, gazing up at the summit allows you to appreciate its majestic beauty. On clear, sunny days, you can enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding scenery, including Lake Kawaguchi, from this vantage point. When enveloped in clouds, you can look down upon a magnificent sea of clouds.

5.00There were three of us, with our adult daughter on this day tour. Our tour guide Tony gave us exemplary information on the meeting point the night before via WhatsApp, which worked out very well. The group left on time. We visited the indicated sights with enough time each, Tony always informed us perfectly and pointed out the times for the meeting. You see very beautiful areas in rural Japan, see shrine and sky gate, drive pirate ship and gondola. We've seen sulphur spillage at volcanic crevices and eaten black eggs. The small ponds with clear Fuji water are beautiful, and when we were at Swan Lake, at the foot of Fuji, she (Fuji is a female goddess) showed herself friendly and the mountain was completely visible from the bus. 5.00We had an incredible day at Mountain Fuji. Also had a trip to Oshino Hakkai, Lake Kawaguchi, Owakudani Valley. Our guide Jack helped us a lot, He is funny and also explained each and every thing very clearly. We had so much fun on the pirate ship as well

5.00We had a family of 21 total on this trip and all had a great time. Damon from Gogoday was a great tour guide. He communicated with us the day before so we all knew where the meetup place was. He sent pictures of the flag and license plate number of the bus, to make sure everyone knew exactly where to meet. He was pleasant, informative, and funny. We were able to get great photos of the mountain throughout the day. Damon worked hard to keep us on schedule while ensuring we had time to enjoy every stop. There was also a lunch option included which was great! The price was reasonable and the food was excellent. I will definitely look to book more tours through Viator and Gogoday based on the great experience we had with Damon.

5.00This was our second time visiting this trip we had LANER as our tour guide and she was AMAZING!!! This time we searched the Fuji weather and visibility and planned ahead. It's really important to do this since it will make or break the experience. We saw Fuji finally and had an awesome tour guide. Our tour guide LANER was very confident and explained a lot about fuji. Showing where locals go. The best spots. How it looks in different weather. We learnt a lot and know when to see it next time as well. Great lunch and we even managed to see the spring festival a very nice bonus. Gorgeous flowers. The first time we booked this we were disappointed (partly due to the weather and other half was our first tour guide - NOT LANER). But this time we were blown away. Really good value for money. Thanks again LANER. Really improved our experience! We had an amazing time.

3.00This is the first time we went here. The weather was really bad and the tour fully depends on this. I recommend checking mount fuji weather but also VISIBILITY on google to PLAN AHEAD. Our tour guide was nova. She was okay but very quiet. One that really upset us when we visited the onsen. You can choose between onsen or a park. We chose the onsen. My partner has small tattoos but nova advised us its okay as we can purchase stickers there and cover up and we can walk in. When we got there the onsen said No. My partner had to wait outside whilst it was raining heavily too because the bus left. It was such a kick in the teeth after she assured us it was fine. With the bad weather (not their fault) its understandable. But not knowing the full rules of place we're visiting and then leaving is really bad.
