4.00The bus was comfortable, with air conditioning. We visited Recife and then Olinda. The guide, Baruque, was attentive and always thought about the group's safety. A highlight was the Puppet Museum in Recife. Only in Olinda was the visit too quick.

4.00We had a great day in Olinda and Recife. The guide was great. Just that they didn't warn us correctly of the time and we had a hard time getting back to clarify that it wasn't eight o'clock, but nine o'clock.

1.00I bought 2 tickets yesterday for the full day tour for today spt 14th, 2025 around old recife and olinda. I chose a pick up point that is far away from the flat where we are staying. We booked an uber for 7:15am, on a sunday morning. We got to the point at 7:30. At the pick up point, an hotel un rua bom viagem, nobody had the slightest idea of the tour. We waited until past 8:30. We then called, internationally, to an operator of Martur Viagems e Turismo, who had no idea about our reservation. At 9:12 am they contacted my by whatsap indicating they had found my reservation!!!! Now, at around 10:20am I wrote back to them requesting a full reimbursement of the tour plus the back and forth uber. Up to this moment I have had no response whatsoever.

4.00The tour was very good, especially the visit to Olinda. The guide Genilson was excellent, picked me up at a certain time and was very excited throughout the tour, with simple and interesting explanations about the history of the city and the sights. The only point I think that could improve would be to take a little walk in the streets of Olinda, to better admire the colorful houses (we only saw from the car). In addition, I recommend the tour to everyone who wants to know Olinda and the zero mark of Recife and its surroundings.
