The origin of the name is indigenous, of the tupi "tab-moi-inda-ré" that means the repopulator. Tamandaré is a municipality located on the southern coast of the state of Pernambuco, more than 100 km from the capital of Pernambuco. One of the entrances that give access to the municipality is the Reserva Biológica do Saltinho, an area covered by vegetation native to the Atlantic Forest.

The municipality is prominent in the production of sugar cane and tourism. Its shore is formed by the beaches: Tamandaré, Barra, Pontal do Lira, Campas and dos Carneiros. Carneiros Beach is among the 15 most beautiful beaches in the world.

Another tourist point is the Fort of Saint Ignatius located near the beach of Tamandaré, built in the seventeenth century.

Oh, bad! I arrived with 2 kids at the airport at 23:00 and nobody showed up! The contact phone from the reservation nobody answered. Unreliable!!

I recommend taking uber. We made several quotes and the best option was uber. In real 129 in Chilean pesos $24,000 you travel comfortable and faster

I was on the beach of Maracaipe, first beach after Porto de Galinhas. The beach is quite quiet, the sea is bravo, good surfers.

Good service and punctuality. I had no problems. We traveled to pernambuco for the first time and loved the reception at Recife airport without waiting for other people to follow the trip.

I traveled with Fernando. Car impeccably clean. Polite and very attentive driver. Passes safety on every trip because you know the road well. I traveled early in the morning because of my flight schedule and it was super punctual. I recommend!

I used the Transfer Service last week between Recife Airport and Hotel Nannai. The drivers were punctual and the vehicle was suitable for the number of people and luggage. I ordered a baby chair, which was made available on the go and go. I recommend!!
