This exclusive journey will take you back to Qatar's past. From where it all started. The northern region of Qatar, which has a significant cultural past. The tour begins at Al Khor's harbor, which was once the country's center for pearl diving and fishing. An ancient ship repair and renovation yard. Following that, you will visit the Al-Thakira mangroves. Which is one of Qatar's hidden gems. Al-Thakhira Mangrove Forest is one of Qatar's oldest and largest woods. Then you'll visit Al Zubara Fort. This twentieth-century fort is the newest and most visible structure of the Al Zubarah Archaeological Site, a UNESCO World Heritage site. A pristine specimen of a traditional Arab fort, with one-meter-thick walls warded.

4.00Good tour for a quick glimpse into Qatar landscape and sites beyond the grounds of Doha. Saw the Purple Island, Al Zubara fort, Richard Serra art installation, Zakreet rock formations and ruins as well as the racing camels along the way. The tour started and ended within the scheduled times, and the journey was smooth. Muhammed Syed was a kind and friendly guide and made sure the tour was well-paced. It was a decent trip.

Our guide Muhammad Syed was punctual, helpful, shared tons of interesting facts and was very patient with our photography passion! 5.00Excellent day trip with Adil he was very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble for him. It’s a full day with lots of driving but so worth it for the history and sights. Adil gave us plenty of time at each stop and we have far more understanding and knowledge of the area than we ever thought we would. Great day Adil well done.
