  Jesus was an incredible travel guide for our little adventure! He was one of the only options I could find where we could all come. Myself, our nanny, my 9 year old son and our 8 month old who does travel easy and well. It ended up being the 4 of us and him. From the time he pulled up to pick us up until he dropped us off. His energy was consistent and intentional with our time and activities, but also relaxed and not rushed or stressful. We stopped for breakfast, made it to the Hot Springs, had plenty of time there, he helped us navigate the pools and how to hop around them, we stopped at his friends place on the way back to buy some rocks, we stoped to eat a lovely buffet, saw a mini zoo, stopped by this beautiful eco constructed Hantzel and Gretel looking house and bought chocolates and ate ice cream, and stopped by the river for wine and snacks, then headed back to our stay! Jesus was incredible and we highly recommend booking with him and his company. I think the whole day we seemed to be having the best time around many other groups whom we saw at several places.   Super recommend, was expecting to realize a dream and with the company went out better than expected. Jesus of Chile was our guide and helped us at all times, the super friendly driver. I recommend the company to everyone, it is worth every walk because it is a unique experience.

  It was all perfect, the guide Jesus talked about various curiosities and gave several tips, which made the tour even more special. We will return and definitely recommend, the best agency!

  What a terrible experience! I booked this for Feb 11, which is my birthday. On the booking details, it states that "someone will reach out to you the day before the tour to provide the guides name and number". Well......I didnt get anything the day before. I messaged the tour operator the evening before the tour...nothing...I wait until 10pm...nothing...I reached out to Viator and I was told that they will reach out to the tour operator, and that I have wait for a refund or anything...well at that time it's almost 11pm and the tour is technically supposed to begin at 5:30am. I barely slept and woke up, got ready, and waited outside at 5:20 just to make sure I don't miss anything. Well....nothing.....I finally got a WhatsApp message from Jesus at 5:48am saying that the tour was not processed by the logistic team. Well...that's not my issue...he offered for Feb 12 for a "special price" which is only $60 less...what a terrible solution. He completely calls me another name that's not my name. He told me that he can offer another tour but without the natural springs for free...I didnt sign up for that, I signed up for the springs, that's what I wanted to do...if I wanted to visit some lake I would of signed up for that...terrible solution. He then said he will check with other tour agencies...he calls me and tells me "youre one lucky guy, there's another agency that had 1 cancelation, and can pick you up in 10 minutes"....ok....I didnt get the tour operators name or any information/details...I am not going to agree to some stranger/random pick up...sorry but I value my safety. What a terrible experience!!!!! Please avoid this. This was awful to deal with at 5AM, and now I don't have any plans because of the cancelation. I have the whole conversation history if need be
