• Amazing tour with Rico!

  This was an outstanding ATV tour from start to finish. Rico’s attentiveness and knowledge truly set this experience apart. Pickup and drop-off at the port were seamless, and special thanks to Rico for ensuring my mom and I were comfortable throughout the tour. Having done ATV excursions in five other Caribbean destinations, I can confidently say this was the best by far!

  Rico was great, as were the rest of the staff! Fun event. Equipment was in great shape. Lunch left much to be desired however.

  Highly recommend a tour of Nassau in a buggy. Rico was an excellent tour guide and answered all of our questions about the Bahamas.

  I took this tour to see more in shorter time. We went around Nassau's downtown and visited caverns. Everything was cool! There are two thing which I personally did not like. First is lunch itself. food was good, staffs there were nice but, in my opinion, it was just waste of time for tourists who want to see the Bahamas. I would prefer to see and ride more rather than to sit inside and eat. Second is that the tour ended around 4pm and customers from cruise ships were warring that they would not be able to get back on their ships in time.

  We had an AMAZING time with our tour guide , Recco! He made the trip fun , educational and beneficial being that we were able to stop at a few boutiques and shop for herbal teas and medicines & ice cream ! Our first stop was at a local Bahamian restaurant. The food was delicious and authentic! We were given radio devices to listen to him tell us about the monuments we were driving by , and I Personally found that helpful! He insured our route was safe yet fun at the same time! We also happened to be the only two doing the excursion that day so it was more personal and we also loved that ! I highly highly highlyyyy recommend !!

  I wish I could have given Rico and the Bowcar team five stars but unfortunately, that was not my experience. Was riding through Nassau on an ATV with my favorite cousin fun? Absolutely. Did my tour guide, help me feel comfortable riding and safe? Absolutely. Would I take another ATV tour? Absolutely. I just wouldn’t book another tour with Bowcar because I was expecting to see two forts and a cave, but unfortunately, we were ping-ponged from one retail store to another where we spent too much time shopping and didn’t have enough time to actually go to the main attractions. Although I purchased a cigar, I don’t care about cigars. (And no they’re not Cuban) Although I purchased the rum cake, I don’t care about the rum cake. (They can be purchased on Amazon) Although the food was DELIGHTFUL, I didn’t care about the food. And yes, the stories about the tea making and the TALL TALE at rum factory was interesting…. But I didn’t pay for that. I paid and really wanted to go to the cave and to the forts. I essentially spent $300 for a guided tour around Nassau’s retail shops. TBH, as a 42/SBF w/0 children, I can find my way around a retail store and a restaurant no matter the country, I didn’t have to pay for that. Don’t be like me, book elsewhere.

  Our guide Rico was friendly and knowledgeable. We stopped at a few places where we could pick up local specialities. Lunch was delicious and was at a place patronized by locals. It was my first time on an ATV and my first time driving on the left. It was easy to learn. Do be aware that you are driving on roads with cars and trucks but all the other drivers were very courteous and I never felt unsafe. Very enjoyable experience overall!

  This tour on 11/10/25 was the highlight of my trip to the Bahamas. Rico C made was the best. He provided a lot of interesting information about the island. I really appreciate him keeping us safe by making sure we were in the correct lanes. I would have surely caused an accident as traffic is on the opposite side in the US. I would definitely do this tour again if I make it back to Nassau.

  Every moment was great. Very informative, local born and raised. Everybody was so nice and so accommodating we even leveled up to a UTV at no extra charge
